移动医疗APP的设计研究

【摘要】:随着移动互联时代的到来、智能手机的普及、移动医疗应用开发成本的降低、各种先进技术的应用以及医疗机构信息化相关设施的完善,处于"互联网+"浪潮风口的移动医疗APP正在快速发展,不断改变着人们传统的医疗保健方式。但短时间内快速发展的背后,可能会隐藏着一些影响市场稳定长远发展的问题,而且不断细分的市场可能会存有一定的市场缺口,需要及时发现这些问题和市场需求,为人们提供更加全面便捷高效、人性化的医疗保健服务。本课题就是基于这些问题提出来的,目的就是通过对当前市场和优秀案例的研究分析,让大众了解移动医疗APP并宏观把握当前处于市场启动期的发展现状和广阔的未来发展前景,并总结当前存在的问题、分类、未来发展趋势、市场缺口、设计方法和准则,为以后进行设计实践提供设计方向、方法指导和约束规范,并对这些理论进行一定的实践应用。研究结果:我国当前处于市场启动期,探索期粗略布局的市场开始不断细化,发展前景依旧很广阔。不过当前市场存在功能繁多、界面复杂,功能过于简单、不能解决实际问题,以及界面设计不统一不美观等问题。根据当前医疗保健服务闭环将其划分为寻医问诊平台、预约挂号平台、医药服务平台、健康管理工具、单科疾病领域管理、医疗新媒体平台六类,并结合各环节发展现状分析出一站式医疗服务和个性定制化的健康管理服务这两个发展方向;最后综合上述分析找到了亚健康检测管理市场缺口。为了能够避免重复出现当前问题并带来良好用户体验,适合采用用户体验设计方法,在整个设计过程中都是以用户为焦点,整个流程分解成战略层、范围层、结构层、框架层以及表现层这五个层级,工作内容依次为用户需求分析、功能规划、功能结构设计、功能原型设计以及界面视觉设计。根据对移动医疗APP优秀案例春雨医生和平安好医生的体验分析,总结出体验性、清晰性、高效性、美观性和免费性设计准则,用以规范设计。最后运用这些研究理论,开展"职健康" APP设计实践,包括用户需求分析、功能定位、功能结构分析、低保真原型图设计和高保真原型图设计。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of mobile interconnection, the popularization of smart phones, the reduction of the development cost of mobile medical applications, the application of various advanced technologies and the improvement of information related facilities in medical institutions, Mobile medical app, which is at the tuyere of Internet, is developing rapidly and changing people's traditional medical care. However, behind the rapid development in a short period of time, there may be some problems that affect the stability and long-term development of the market. Moreover, there may be a certain market gap in the market that is constantly subdivided, and these problems and market demands need to be discovered in time. To provide people with more comprehensive, convenient and efficient, humanized medical care services. This topic is based on these questions, the purpose of which is to study and analyze the current market and outstanding cases. Let the public understand the mobile medical app and grasp the current situation and broad future development prospects in the current market start-up period, and summarize the current problems, classification, future development trends, market gaps, design methods and guidelines, It provides the design direction, method guidance and constraint specification for the design practice in the future, and carries on the certain practice application to these theories. Research results: China is currently in the market start-up period, the exploration period of the rough layout of the market began to refine, the development prospects are still very broad. However, the current market has many functions, complex interface, too simple function, can not solve the actual problems, and interface design is not uniform and so on. According to the current closed-loop medical and health care service, it is divided into six categories: seeking medical consultation platform, booking registration platform, medical service platform, health management tools, single-department disease field management, medical new media platform, Combined with the development of each link, this paper analyzes the two development directions of one-stop medical service and individualized health management service. Finally, the market gap of sub-health detection management is found by synthesizing the above analysis. In order to avoid recurring current problems and bring good user experience, the user experience design method is suitable. In the whole design process, the user is the focus, the whole process is decomposed into strategic layer, scope layer and structure layer. The five levels of frame layer and presentation layer are user requirement analysis, function planning, functional structure design, functional prototype design and interface visual design. According to the experience analysis of the excellent cases of mobile medical app, Dr. Chunyu and Ping an good doctors, the experience, clarity, efficiency, beauty and free design criteria are summed up to standardize the design. Finally, using these research theories, the design practice of "occupational health" app is carried out, including user demand analysis, function orientation, function structure analysis, low fidelity prototype design and high fidelity prototype design.
