PI3Kδ过度活化综合征特殊临床表型与体液免疫机制研究

第一部分并发SLE-like三例APDS1患儿表型分析背景:PI3Kδ过度活化综合征1(Activated pospphoinositide 3-kinase δ syndrome 1,APDS1)是由PIK3CD基因获得性功能突变引起的原发性免疫缺陷病,患儿主要临床表现有反复呼吸道感染和淋巴增生,还可伴有自身免疫性和/或炎症性疾病。本研究描述了并发系统性红斑狼:疮样(Systemic lupus erythematosus-Like,SLE-Like)的 3 例APDS1患儿临床和免疫学特征。方法:回顾性分析三例并发SLE样表现的APDS1(SLE-like APDS1,SLA)患儿,19 例无 SLE 样的 APDS1(non-SLE-like APDS1,NSA)患儿和8例初发SLE(new-onset SLE,NOS)患儿的临床表现和免疫学表型。结果:反复呼吸道感染和淋巴增生是SLA和NSA患儿最常见的共同临床表现,SLA患儿主要临床表现还包括早发性自身免疫和/或炎症性疾病,NOS患儿在SLE发展之前没有反复呼吸道感染和慢性淋巴结病。SLA和NSA患儿共同的免疫学特征包括CD4...
