功能对等理论指导下的房屋建设合同翻译实践报告

【摘要】：随着经济全球化和中国市场国际化的发展,国际交流和合作变得越来越繁荣。合同作为确定合作双方权责划分、损益共享的正式法律文件,在双方合作中起着举足轻重的作用。合同中丝毫的差错和疏忽就会留下隐患,一旦出现分岐和争议,就可能引起法律纠纷,给企业和公司,甚至国家造成巨大的经济损失。因此探讨合同的法汉转译具有较强的实际意义。本文基于阿尔及利亚瓦德省盖马尔市的监狱建设项目(Marchéde réalisation d'unétablissement de prévention 300 détenusàGuémar.)合同的翻译实践,分四章节介绍详细介绍本翻译项目的实践内容,通过运用著名语言学家奈达(Eugene A.Nida)先生的功能对等理论,试图从功能对等的角度提出:为了提高合同翻译质量,最大限度地实现目的语的翻译,译者应对翻译文本进行分析并进行必要的译前准备,在随后的翻译过程中尽可能追求动态的对等。最后,笔者亦对本次翻译实践做出总结和反思,希望能为今后国际承包工程中法语合同的汉译提供一些新的翻译思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the internationalization of the Chinese market, international exchanges and cooperation have become more and more prosperous. It plays an important role in the cooperation between the two sides. The slightest mistakes and omissions in the contract will leave hidden dangers. Once there are disagreements and disputes, they may cause legal disputes and give to enterprises and companies. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to discuss the translation of the contract between France and Chinese. This paper is based on the translation practice of March 茅 de r 茅 alisation d'un 茅 tablissement de pr 茅 vention 300d 茅 tenus 脿 Gu 茅 mar.) of the prison construction project in Gaymard City, Wad Province, Algeria. It is divided into four chapters to introduce the practical contents of this translation project in detail. By applying the functional equivalence theory of famous linguist Eugene A. Nida, this paper tries to put forward the following points from the perspective of functional equivalence: in order to improve the quality of contract translation, In order to maximize the translation of the target language, the translator should make an analysis of the translated text and make necessary pre-translation preparations to pursue dynamic equivalence as far as possible in the subsequent translation process. The author also makes a summary and reflection on the translation practice, hoping to provide some new ideas for the translation of French contracts in the future.
