留守初中生的社会支持、自我概念与心理健康的关系研究

【摘要】：本文以湖北省黄石市S中学280名留守学生作为主要的调查研究样本,结合问卷调查的方式,以《MHT》、《SSRS》以及《TSCS》量表作为测量工具对留守初中生的心理健康水平、社会支持和自我概念进行调研,探讨心理健康水平被社会支持与自我概念的预测作用,为降低留守初中生心理问题的发生频率提供理论支撑依据与可实施的有效策略。研究结果表明:1、留守初中生心理健康水平明显低于非留守初中生心理健康水平。其中留守初中生心理问题检出率为15%,非留守初中生的心理问题检出率为9.58%。2、留守初中生心理健康状况在性别、独生子女与非独生子女以及年级之间不存在显著的差异。3、留守初中生的社会支持的整体水平欠佳。4、留守初中生的自我概念处于中等水平,有待提升。5、留守初中生的社会支持与心理健康;自我概念与心理健康均存显著相关。6、回归分析发现,自我概念和社会支持分别对心理健康进行预测,预测率分别为:38%、19.8%。7、社会支持可直接影响心理健康水平,也可以通过影响自我概念进而影响心理健康水平。自我概念在社会支持与心理健康之间起着完全中介的作用。最后,本研究在量性研究结果分析的基础上,有针对性地提出了一些提高留守初中生心理健康水平的建议。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 280 left-behind students from S Middle School in Huangshi City, Hubei Province, were used as the main research sample, and the mental health level of the left-behind junior high school students was measured by < MHT >, < SSRS > and < TSCS > scale. Through the investigation of social support and self-concept, this paper discusses that the level of mental health is predicted by social support and self-concept, and provides theoretical support and effective strategies for reducing the frequency of mental problems of left-behind junior high school students. The results showed that the mental health level of left-behind junior high school students was significantly lower than that of non-left-behind junior high school students. Among them, the detection rate of mental problems of left-behind junior high school students is 15 and that of non-left-behind junior high school students is 9.58. The mental health status of left-behind junior high school students is in gender. There is no significant difference between only child, non-only child and grade. The overall level of social support of left-behind junior high school students is not good. 4. The self-concept of left-behind junior high school students is in the middle level. There is significant correlation between self-concept and mental health. Regression analysis shows that self-concept and social support predict mental health, respectively. The prediction rate is respectively: 38 / 19.80.The social support can directly affect the level of mental health, and it can also affect the level of mental health through the influence of self-concept. Self-concept acts as a complete intermediary between social support and mental health. Finally, on the basis of quantitative analysis, this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the mental health level of left-behind junior high school students.
