辽东地区文化生态保护研究

【摘要】：在城市化的过程中,由农耕文明衍生的传统文化,处于劣势地位,为了保护我们珍贵的文化遗产,文化生态保护工作显得格外重要。各级政府通过政策上的鼓励和支持,文化生态保护取得显著的效果。在云南地区文化生态保护工作做得比较突出,主要实行以点带面,通过建设民族文化保护村(区)来带动市、省民族文化生态保护。青海省到2017年为止拥有3个国家级文化生态保护实验区,占总体数量最多的一个省。青海的文化生态保护,主要以市为中心带动周边县的发展,可见每个地区的文化生态保护工作因实际情况而异,没有统一的模式,遵循着文化生态保护原理。文化生态保护是大势所驱,文化生态保护不仅可以使珍贵的文化遗产得到传承与保护,又可以促进经济的发展,带动民族融合,有利于社会和谐。现阶段关于文化生态保护研究主要集中在全国范围或特定地区,对辽东地区文化生态保护的研究较少,而辽东地区文化生态保护问题较多。比如文化生态空间的破坏、文化生态保护的规章建设尚不完善、缺乏执行和监督的机制、经济手段效果不明显、群众整体文化生态保护意识薄弱,这些工作需要我们去解决。辽东地区的文化生态保护对于辽东的经济发展有重要的作用,辽宁近几年来经济下滑,尤其辽东地区是依靠矿产资源发展起来,资源减少,经济增长乏力,在这经济转型时期,文化生态保护工作可以带动旅游发展,进而带动当地的服务业发展,增强经济发展活力。辽东地区作为20多个民族居住的地区,开展文化生态保护工作,可以增强民族之间凝聚力使辽东地区稳定发展。本文主要运用调查研究法、文献资料归纳法、综合分析法,通过分析比较国内外关于文化生态保护相关理论的研究现状确定本论文的理论基础,通过对辽东地区文化生态保护工作的调研提出问题、原因,借鉴国内外文化生态保护工作经验基础之上提出对策。希望能为辽东地区的文化生态保护在理论上提供一定的借鉴,能够有效地推动辽东地区文化生态保护工作的开展,希望能为其他地区的文化生态保护工作带来一定的益处。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization, the traditional culture derived from farming civilization is in a disadvantaged position. In order to protect our precious cultural heritage, the protection of cultural ecology is particularly important. Through policy encouragement and support, governments at all levels have achieved remarkable results in the protection of cultural ecology. The work of cultural ecological protection in Yunnan area is quite outstanding. It is mainly carried out in order to promote the protection of national culture ecology by constructing the villages (districts) of national culture protection. Qinghai Province has three national cultural and ecological protection experimental areas by 2017, accounting for the largest number of provinces. The cultural ecological protection in Qinghai mainly takes the city as the center to drive the development of the surrounding counties. It can be seen that the cultural ecological protection work in each region varies according to the actual situation, and there is no unified model, following the principle of cultural ecological protection. The cultural ecological protection is driven by the general trend. The cultural ecological protection not only can make the precious cultural heritage pass on and protect, but also can promote the economic development, promote the national integration, and benefit the social harmony. At present, the research on cultural ecological protection is mainly focused on the national scope or specific areas, the research on the cultural ecological protection in eastern Liaoning is less, but there are more problems in the cultural ecological protection in eastern Liaoning. For example, the destruction of the cultural ecological space, the imperfect construction of the rules and regulations of the cultural ecological protection, the lack of the mechanism of implementation and supervision, the lack of obvious effect of economic means, the weak consciousness of the whole cultural ecological protection of the masses, these work need us to solve. The protection of cultural ecology in eastern Liaoning plays an important role in the economic development of eastern Liaoning. In recent years, Liaoning's economy has declined, especially in eastern Liaoning, where mineral resources have developed, resources have been reduced, and economic growth has been weak. In this period of economic transformation, The protection of cultural ecology can promote the development of tourism, promote the development of local service industry and enhance the vitality of economic development. As a region inhabited by more than 20 ethnic groups, the development of cultural and ecological protection in eastern Liaoning can enhance the cohesion of ethnic groups and make the region develop steadily. This article mainly uses the investigation research method, the literature data induction method, the synthesis analysis method, through the analysis and comparison domestic and foreign regarding the cultural ecology protection related theory research present situation to determine the theory foundation of this paper. Based on the investigation and investigation of cultural ecological protection in eastern Liaoning province, the author puts forward some countermeasures based on the experience of cultural ecological protection at home and abroad. It is hoped that it can be used for reference in theory and can effectively promote the development of cultural ecological protection in Liaodong region and bring some benefits to the protection of cultural ecology in other areas.
