治疗方案讨论中基于道义权威的看护人阻抗解决的语用学研究

本研究从语用学角度,研究治疗方案讨论中,医生如何通过使用道义权威,解决看护人基于道义权利的阻抗。道义权威/权利指的是决定未来行动的权利。此前,鲜有研究从语用学角度关注机构性语境下,互动中的道义权威/权利问题。本研究基于道义权威/权利的理论框架,采用话语过程分析法,分析医生如何识别和解决看护人对治疗方案的阻抗。语料来源于一个医疗咨询网站,本研究选取了其中30个医疗咨询片段。本研究旨在回答三个研究问题:（1）基于道义权利的看护人阻抗共有哪些类型?（2）医生如何通过使用道义权威解决基于道义权利的看护人阻抗?（3）为什么医生行使不同形式的道义权威解决基于道义权利的看护人阻抗?针对以上问题,本研究主要发现如下:首先,本研究发现了两种基于道义权利的看护人阻抗,即基于强道义权利的阻抗和基于弱道义权利的阻抗。基于强道义权利的阻抗指的是,看护人通过提议另一种治疗方案以阻抗医生当前的治疗方案,并且没有提供任何解释。基于弱道义立场的阻抗则包含两种类型。具体而言,看护人或通过提议其它治疗方案,并且提供解释,以进行阻抗,或仅仅是陈述和医生提出的治疗方案可能不相符的症状,而这些症状可能会使医生的治疗方案不对症,从...
