基于平行语料库的《施工合同条件》中的被动结构汉译研究

　　“被动”表述是语言中的普遍现象,但英语的被动结构和汉语被动结构存在很大差异,给英汉翻译转换带来困难。为了提升建筑工程合同翻译中被动结构的翻译质量与效率,本文基于自建《施工合同条件》英汉平行语料库,考察建筑工程合同文本中英语被动结构在汉语中的对译形式。研究发现,该语料库中英语被动结构在翻译转换为汉语时主要有7种模式。另外,笔者对被动结构中的动词进行了检索,结果显示:双语语料库的被动结构中共出现128个动词,笔者以频数5为界限将这些动词分为高频动词(25个)和低频动词(103个)。分析发现:双语语料库中的一些高频的动词在被动结构中的译法基本一致,因此,笔者依据名词术语表的形式,尝试将这25个高频动词做成了动词术语表,本术语表可作为建筑工程合同中被动结构翻译的语义参考。本研究基于语料库的检索数据,根据高频动词译法基本一致这一现象,提出了动词术语表概念,虽然准确性有待考究,但是这也不失为一个新的研究方向,对被动结构的翻译质量和效率的提升有着重要意义。但是本研究也有一定的不足。首先,研究方法有待于进一步优化。其次,语料数量有限,实验结果有待于更大量级的建筑合同专业语料库进行检验。
