不同营养液浓度对‘早夏黑’葡萄营养生长及叶片矿质元素积累的影响

【摘要】:为了探明葡萄各生育期对矿质元素吸收规律,本试验以定植于装有有机肥控根器中的一年生'早夏黑'葡萄为试验材料,采用霍格兰氏配方配制5种不同浓度营养液,探究了'早夏黑'葡萄在5种处理下,植株营养生长及叶片对矿质元素吸收的状况。研究结果如下:(1)'早夏黑'葡萄在A组浓度(N180ppm)下,新梢生长总量达226.7cm,增长量为178.4cm。且A组浓度处理下叶面积达2.75m2,而E组处理下叶面积仅达2.38m2。新梢长度、新梢粗度、叶面积及叶绿素含量都表现为A组浓度处理下最高。说明高营养液浓度下,植株贪青旺长的现象较为严重。(2)在葡萄整个生长过程中,植株叶片对矿质营养素吸收积累规律表现为:叶片中N、P、K、Zn、B元素在A组浓度(N180ppm)处理下积累量达到最高;叶片中Ca、Fe、Cu、Mn元素在B组浓度(N120ppm)处理下积累量达到最高;而叶片中Mg元素在5组处理下变化波动很小。(3)'早夏黑'葡萄叶片在整个发育期Ca元素积累量为最大,高于N、P、K元素含量。其余微量元素在葡萄整个生长期变化规律较小,在三个时期中葡萄叶片Fe、Cu元素含量依次降低,Zn、B元素含量则表现为逐渐升高趋势,而Mn元素积累量在B、C、D、E组浓度下表现为先降低再升高的变化规律。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the absorption rule of mineral elements in different growth stages of grape, the annual 'early summer black' grape planted in organic fertilizer root-controlling apparatus was used as the experimental material, and five kinds of nutrient solutions with different concentrations were prepared by using Hoagland's formula.The vegetative growth and absorption of mineral elements in leaves of 'early summer black' grape under five treatments were studied.The results showed that the total shoot growth was 226.7 cm and the increase was 178.4 cm under group A concentration (N 180 ppm).The area of lower leaf in group A was 2.75 m2, but that in group E was only 2.38 m2.Shoot length, shoot diameter, leaf area and chlorophyll content were the highest in group A.The results showed that under the high concentration of nutrient solution, the phenomenon of plant greening and growing was more serious in the whole growth process of grape.The regularity of absorption and accumulation of mineral nutrients in plant leaves was as follows: the highest accumulation of elements was obtained under the treatment of group A (N 180 ppm), and the highest amount of element Ca-FeFeCuOmn in leaves under the treatment of group B (N 120 ppm).However, the variation of mg in leaves was very small under the five treatments. The accumulation of Ca in leaves was the largest in the whole development period, which was higher than that in Nu Pu K.The changes of other trace elements in the whole growth period of grape were relatively small, and the content of Fe and Cu in the leaves of grape decreased in turn, and the content of Zn-Zn B increased gradually in the three periods.However, the accumulation of mn was decreased first and then increased.
