放牧绵羊胃肠道线虫对常用驱虫药耐药性的调查

【摘要】:近年来,放牧绵羊胃肠道线虫对常用驱虫药物的耐药性与日俱增,给当前畜牧业带来的危害日益加剧,故此受到国内外研究人员的广泛关注。为了解放牧绵羊胃肠道线虫对常用驱虫药物的耐药性情况,本课题从以下几个方面进行了研究,结果如下:首先,使用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法对市售的常用驱线虫药物有效成分含量进行了分析,评价了这些驱虫药的质量现状。结果显示:受检测的21种常用驱线虫药物中,合格品仅为23.8%。其中13种伊维菌素药品(Ivermectin),合格率为23.1%;3种丙硫咪唑药品(Albendazole),合格率为33.3%;5种氯氰碘柳胺钠产品(Closantel sodium),合格率为20.0%。总体来看,市场上销售的常用驱虫药物合格率较低,质量问题非常严重。然后,从上述受检药品中,分别选择有效成分检测结果符合国家规定的三种药物,通过粪便虫卵减少试验,对呼盟、和林和萨拉齐地区的放牧绵羊感染的胃肠道线虫耐伊维菌素、丙硫咪唑以及氯氰碘柳胺钠的情况进行了初步调查,结果显示:三个地区放牧绵羊胃肠道线虫均对伊维菌素和丙硫咪唑产生了不同程度的耐药性,但是对氯氰碘柳胺钠相对敏感。最后,为进一步摸清放牧绵羊胃肠道线虫对伊维菌素和丙硫咪唑的耐药情况,选用幼虫发育抑制试验和虫卵孵化幼虫试验,对呼和浩特周边地区某些绵羊的捻转血矛线虫虫株进行了耐药性检测,结果显示:被检绵羊体内的捻转血矛线虫对于上述两种药物均有耐药性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the resistance of gastrointestinal nematode to common insect repellent drugs in grazing sheep is increasing, and the harm to animal husbandry is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, researchers at home and abroad have paid more and more attention to it. In order to understand the drug resistance of gastrointestinal nematode to common insect repellent drugs in grazing sheep, this paper studies the following aspects. The results are as follows: first, The content of active components of commonly used nematode drugs in the market was analyzed by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry, and the quality status of these insecticides was evaluated. The results showed that out of 21 commonly used nematode drugs tested, the qualified product was only 23.8. Among them, 13 ivermectinine drugs, the qualified rate was 23.1and the qualified rate was 33.3% and the qualified rate was 33.3%, and the qualified rate was 20.0% for Closantel sodium. Generally speaking, the qualified rate of commonly used insecticides sold on the market is low and the quality problem is very serious. Then, from the drugs examined above, the three kinds of drugs with the test results of the active components according to the regulations of the state were selected, and through the experiment of reducing fecal eggs, the test was carried out on the Huling League. A preliminary investigation of the resistance of gastrointestinal nematode infected by herding sheep to ivermectin, albendazole and sodium chloride iodothylamine was carried out in the areas of Helin and Sarazizi. The results showed that the gastrointestinal nematode of sheep in three areas were resistant to ivermectin and propimidazole to varying degrees, but sensitive to chlorocyanoiodothylamine sodium. Finally, in order to find out the resistance of gastrointestinal nematode to ivermectin and thiemizole in grazing sheep, larval development inhibition test and egg hatching larva test were selected. The drug resistance of some sheep strains in Hohhot area was tested. The results showed that the nematodes were resistant to the above two drugs in the tested sheep.
