集成屋顶农业的兼农循环住宅构建研究

【摘要】:2016年,我国城市化率超过57.35%。为了满足日益增加的城市人口规模,致使城市不断发展扩张,耕地不断减少,生态环境愈发脆弱;同时,过多的资源消耗增加了城市的生态足迹,城市作为单一的资源消耗者和废物排放者,难以形成闭合的物质循环体系,逐渐造成城市物质的线性代谢流动。在此背景下,本文提出了将屋顶农业与住宅建筑相结合,并与其能源、水分和养分循环系统相对接的新型“兼农循环住宅”模式。基于多学科的协作,综合运用研究性设计、物质代谢分析等方法,在满足居民日常生活需求的基础上,构建住宅建筑自身的生态系统及内部物质循环系统,力图促进农业生产及废弃物回收利用与居民的生活系统、建筑自身的生态系统之间的共存共生和协同发展。这对解决当前城市环境污染严重、线性代谢、食物里程冗长、粮食供应紧张等环境和社会问题具有重要现实意义。全文共分五部分进行阐述:第一部分,在探讨社会背景及学科研究背景的基础上,溯源其理念。对城市农业、农业生态建筑、兼农住宅等概念进行界定,确定研究内容;分析国内外有关于屋顶农业、物质循环的研究与实践,了解其相关内容的发展状况;提出“兼农循环住宅”的概念。第二部分,对“兼农循环住宅”进行解析。通过对原则、目的及特征的分析,解析其内涵,并从经济(生产)、社会(生活)、技术(生态)三方面对其概念进行阐述;在概念理解的基础上,对其构建的必要性及可行性进行分析。主要结合城市新、老旧住区的现状调研及其生产、生活、生态三方面的效益进行必要性解读;可行性主要是从资源条件、技术条件及社会条件三方面进行解析。第三部分是兼农循环住宅构建进行策略论述。主要从物质空间层面、物质循环利用技术层面及发展策略层面出发论述其构建策略。其中物质空间层面主要围绕屋顶农业展开分析,包括建设要点及农业种植要素等;物质循环利用技术层面,主要从水分循环技术、养分循环技术、能量循环技术体系进行策略构建;发展策略层面,主要是在物质空间层面、技术层面构建的基础上,对其发展进行适当的策略提议。第四部分,在策略研究的基础上,进行模式构建研究。本部分首先在对构建概况及相关数据研究的基础上,提出三种构建模式——屋顶种植模式、密集种植模式、二者相结合的种植模式;并对第三种模式进行模型构建,对其模式的经济性与合理性进行论述。第五部分为本文的结语部分,对集成屋顶农业的兼农循环构建研究进行总结,并对其后续的研究与发展提出展望。本研究力图通过建筑学、生态学、农学等学科的交融协作,提出了兼农循环住宅的概念,在集成屋顶农业的基础上探索新型生态住宅的发展模式,目的是完善建筑自身的物质循环系统,改善城市线性代谢现状,以期缓解当前城市化背景下的一系列资源、社会、环境、生态等问题,也对我国当前生态建筑的建设提供理论指导和策略参考。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's urbanization rate exceeded 57.35%. in order to meet the increasing urban population scale, resulting in the continuous development and expansion of the city, the continuous reduction of cultivated land, and the increasingly fragile ecological environment. At the same time, excessive consumption of resources increased the ecological footprint of the city. As a single resource consuming and waste discharge, it was difficult to form a closed object. In this context, this paper puts forward a new type of "concurrent housing" model that combines roof agriculture with residential buildings and is connected to its energy, water and nutrient circulation system. Based on multidisciplinary work, a comprehensive application of research design, material metabolism analysis and so on is put forward. Methods, on the basis of meeting the daily needs of the residents, the ecological system and internal material circulation system of the residential building are constructed to promote the co-existence and co development of the agricultural production and waste recycling and the living system of the residents, and the co-existence and development of the ecological system of the building itself. This will solve the serious pollution of the current urban environment. Linear metabolism, long food mileage, shortage of food supply and other environmental and social problems have important practical significance. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part, on the basis of discussing the social background and the background of the subject research, traced its concept. It defines the concept of urban agriculture, Agro ecological architecture, and agricultural Housing and so on. Content; analyze the research and Practice on roof agriculture and material circulation at home and abroad, understand the development of its related contents, and put forward the concept of "concurrently agriculture and circulation housing". The second part analyses the "concurrently agricultural circular residence". Through the analysis of the principle, purpose and characteristics, it analyzes its connotation, and from the economic (production), society (life), The concept of Technology (Ecology) is expounded in three aspects. On the basis of concept understanding, the necessity and feasibility of its construction are analyzed. The paper mainly combines the present situation of the new city, the old and the old residential areas and the three aspects of production, life and ecology. The feasibility is mainly from the resource conditions, the technical conditions and the social article. Three parts are analyzed. The third part is the strategic discussion on the construction of concurrent agricultural cycle residence. The construction strategy is mainly discussed from the material space level, the material circulation utilization technology level and the development strategy level. The material space level mainly focuses on the roof agriculture analysis, including the construction points and the agricultural planting elements; The technical level of quality recycling is mainly from the water circulation technology, nutrient cycling technology and energy circulation technology system. The development strategy level is mainly on the basis of the material space level and the technical level, and the fourth part is based on the strategy research. In this part, on the basis of the research of the general situation and related data, this part puts forward three kinds of construction models - the roof planting pattern, the intensive planting pattern, the two combination pattern, and the model construction of the third models, and discusses the economy and rationality of the model. The fifth part is the concluding part of this article. The research on the construction of integrated roofing agriculture is summarized, and the future research and development are prospected. This study tries to integrate the integration of architecture, ecology, agronomy and other disciplines, and puts forward the concept of concurrently agricultural cycle residence, and explores the development model of new ecological housing on the basis of integrated roofing agriculture. To improve the material circulation system of the building itself and improve the status of linear metabolism in the city, in order to alleviate a series of resources, society, environment, ecology and other problems under the current urbanization background, it also provides theoretical guidance and strategic reference for the construction of the current ecological architecture in China.
