超声波生物遥测系统在鲣鱼(Katsuwonus pelamis)生态调查中的应用

【摘要】:鲣鱼作为一种重要的渔业资源,影响到成千上万人的生计问题。全球渔业资源的匮乏和人类的过度捕捞导致鲣鱼的渔获量不再能够满足人们的需求,人们需要知道鲣鱼的生态状况,从而进行有效的鲣鱼资源保护,并为渔民提供资源的预报。传统生态调查的方法都需要耗费大量的人力物力,渔业水声学的发展使其在生态调查中成为一种主要手段,目前较常用的水声学方法有声呐探测技术和超声波生物遥测技术。超声波生物遥测技术是基于对水生生物的行为和生理研究的迫切需求被开发出来的,目前已经成为对海洋生物生态调查研究的主要手段之一。本研究用回收式被动监测型超声波生物遥测系统,对与那国岛附近海域的鲣鱼进行监测,这种方法需要在调查海域设置接收机,所以本研究利用了调查海域众多用于集鱼的浮鱼礁,在这些浮鱼礁上设置接收机,研究鲣鱼在浮鱼礁之间的活动情况,通过两个月的数据收集,得到了详细的鲣鱼活动信息。在处理过程中,又编写了处理程序,提高了数据处理效率。但是这种方式存在不能及时传输数据的缺陷,所以,在此基础上,又设计了可以无线传输信息的通信式被动监测系统,经过试验,得到了准确有效的数据。这种新的方法不仅可以大范围长时间的监测鲣鱼的活动,更能够及时将数据传输到基站,极大的提高了生态调查的效率。同时,这种方法还可以在更多洄游性水生生物的生态调查中运用。
[Abstract]:The bonito fish, as an important fishery resource, affects the livelihood of thousands of people. The lack of global fisheries resources and human overfishing have caused the catch of bonito fish no longer to meet the needs of the people. People need to know the ecological conditions of the bonito fish, so as to protect the resources of the bonito and provide the resources for the fishermen. The traditional ecological investigation method needs a lot of manpower and material resources. The development of fishery acoustics has made it become a major means in the ecological investigation. At present, the most commonly used acoustic methods include sonar detection and ultrasonic biological telemetry. The ultrasonic biological telemetry technique is based on the behavior and physiology of aquatic organisms. The urgent demand has been developed and has become one of the main means to investigate the marine biological ecology. This study uses the passive monitoring ultrasonic biological telemetry system to monitor the bonito fish in the sea area near the island. This method needs to set the receiver in the sea area, so this study uses the adjustment. There are many floating fish reefs used for fish collecting, set up receivers on these floating reefs and study the activities of bonito fish on Floating Fish reefs. Through data collection of two months, detailed information on the activities of bonito fish is obtained. In the process of processing, the processing program is written to improve the efficiency of data processing. But this way is not timely. On the basis of this, a passive monitoring system with wireless transmission information is designed, and the accurate and effective data are obtained through experiments. This new method can not only monitor the activities of the bonito fish for a long time, but also transmit the data to the base station, which greatly improves the ecological investigation. At the same time, this method can also be used in the ecological investigation of more migratory aquatic organisms.
