迷迭香天然活性成分的提取及其抑菌作用研究

【摘要】:迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinaiis L.)是一种多年生草本植物,具有芳香的针状叶。它原产于地中海地区,并在许多其他地区种植。由于具有强烈的芳香气味,迷迭香新鲜和干燥的叶子被广泛用作与不同食品中的香料。他们的精油广泛应用于化妆品行业,生产各种古龙香水,洗澡精华,头发洗剂和洗涤剂,并且是消毒剂和杀虫剂的组分。本研究主要研究结论如下:(1)通过单因素实验和正交实验分析发现,迷迭香中迷迭香酸的最佳提取工艺为:即固液比为1:8,乙醇浓度为15%,超声波提取功率为720W,超声波提取温度为55℃,迷迭香叶粉碎目数20目和超声波提取时间为6min,此最佳条件下迷迭香酸有效提取率为97.3%。(2)α-蒎烯、莰烯、1,8-桉叶素和樟脑为优势化合物,其平均相对含量分别为9.1%、3.2%、57.7%和6.3%。且随着季节的变化迷迭香提取液各物质的成分也会随之发生变化。(3)迷迭香提取液对不同的菌株抑制效果是有差异的,其中对runellavulgaris ATCC 6897、Escherichia coli ATCC 11230、Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633 和 Canidia albicans ATCC 10239具有较强的抑制特性。采集自3月份的迷迭香自备的提取液抑菌作用最弱,季节因素对迷迭香提取液的抑菌作用具有显著的影响。(4)以马铃薯变性淀粉为基膜主剂,研究添加迷迭香提取液复合膜对接种病斑直径的影响,以期结合涂膜处理对香梨采后主要致腐病菌青霉菌(Penicillium expansum)引起的青霉病起到一定控制效果。通过试验发现,迷迭香提取液复合膜能够有效地抑制Penicillium expansum病斑直径的扩展。
[Abstract]:Rosmarinus officinaiis L. It is a perennial herb with aromatic needle-like leaves. It is native to the Mediterranean and is grown in many other areas. The fresh and dry leaves of rosemary are widely used as spices in different foods because of their strong aroma. Their essential oils are widely used in the cosmetics industry, producing cologne, bath essence, hair lotion and detergents, as well as disinfectants and insecticides.
