丁醚脲的合成工艺研究

【摘要】:丁醚脲是一种新型硫脲类杀虫、杀螨剂。在前人工作的基础上,本文重新设计并优化丁醚脲的合成工艺。产物结构经核磁H谱、C谱、MS、IR表征。以2,6-二异丙基苯胺为原料,用氢溴酸和双氧水溴化反应制得4-溴-2,6-二异丙基苯胺,当反应条件为n(H2O2):n(2,6-二异丙基苯胺)=1.30:1,反应温度T--15℃,反应时间t=1.5 h,m(二氯乙烷):m(2,6-二二异丙基苯胺)=12:1时,产品收率为89.6%,纯度97.1%。以8-羟基喹啉铜,铜,4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)为复合催化剂,二甲苯为溶剂,氢氧化钾为缚酸剂,4-溴-2,6-二异丙基苯胺与苯酚发生Ullmann偶联反应制得2,6-二二异丙基-4-苯氧基苯胺,当反应条件为n(4-溴-2,6-二异丙基苯胺):n(8-羟基喹啉铜):n(DMAP):n(Cu)=1:167.5:57.2:74.4,反应时间t=3 h,n(苯酚):n(4-溴-2,6-二异丙基苯胺)=1.1:1,反应温度T=145℃时,产品收率为80.1%。催化剂可回收套用三次。以水为溶剂,PEG-600为催化剂,2,6-二异丙基-4-苯氧基苯胺与CS2反应制备2,6-二异丙基-4-苯氧基苯基氨基二硫代甲酸盐,当反应条件为n(2,6-二二异丙基-4-苯氧基苯胺):n(CS2):n(三乙胺)=1:3:3,反应温度T=35℃,反应时间t=1.5 h时,产品纯度为91.3%,收率87.1%。以二氯甲烷为溶剂,2,6-二异丙基4-苯氧基苯基氨基二硫代甲酸盐与对甲苯磺酰氯(TsCl)反应制得2,6-二二异丙基-4-苯氧基苯基异硫氰酸酯,当反应条件为n(2,6-二二异丙基-4-苯氧基苯基硫代氨基甲酸盐):n(TsCl)=1:1.2,反应温度为T=40℃时,产品纯度为86.1%,收率79.7%。以甲苯为溶剂,2,6-二二异丙基-4-苯氧基苯基异硫氰酸酯与叔丁胺发生亲核加成反应制备目标产物丁醚脲,当反应条件为n(叔丁胺):n(异硫氰酸酯)=1.4:1,反应时间t=12 h时,经纯化后,产品纯度为98.6%,收率75.2%。
[Abstract]:Butyl ether urea is a new thiourea insecticide and acaricide. Based on the previous work, the synthesis process of butyl ether urea was redesigned and optimized. The structure of the product was characterized by NMR, H, C and MS IR spectra. 4-bromo-2-diisopropylaniline was prepared by bromination of hydrobromic acid with hydrogen peroxide.
