籽用西葫芦捡拾辊筒部件的改进设计与试验研究
[Abstract]:Bayannur City has special geographical location and climatic conditions, it is the production base of green pepper, tomato, sunflower, seed melon, seed zucchini and so on. As consumers love zucchini seeds, seed zucchini is growing in Banao. The ripening period of seed zucchini is the period of multiple crops at the same time, which needs a lot of labor to improve the large-scale self-propelled gourd harvesting machine. Solve labor shortage, reduce labor time, bring considerable income to farmer. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) through the research on the principle and structure of the seed pickling machine used in foreign countries, the shortcomings of the seed pickling machine are found, and the working mechanism of the seed pickling machine is analyzed. According to the planting capacity and scale of seed zucchini, the roller parts are improved. (2) 3D modeling of the roller parts of seed zucchini harvesting machine is carried out by SolidWorks, and the statics analysis of roller parts before and after improvement is carried out in ANSYS Workbench. It is determined that the strength of the improved roller parts can meet the production requirements. (3) the prototype of the seed machine is obtained by using the zucchini harvest to produce seeds, and the picking rate of the roller parts is obtained through the field picking experiment.
