浙江海域三疣梭子蟹生物学特征分析及放流容量的确定

【摘要】:本文依据2015年5月至2016年5月在舟山渔场、舟外渔场和乐清海域生产渔船上采集的三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)样品,研究了此海域三疣梭子蟹的生物学特征,将结果与以往研究进行了比较。并计算目前浙江省三疣梭子蟹合理的放流容量。模拟不同的开发率情况下,三疣梭子蟹合理的增殖放流数量。在所采集的769尾三疣梭子蟹样品中,其甲宽分布范围为4.0cm~20.2cm,平均值12.5cm;甲长分布范围为2.0cm~11.7cm,平均值6.2cm;体重范围为4.04g~576.00g,平均值116.00g;雌雄比约为1.28:1,雌性个体占优。体重(W)-甲宽(L)关系为:W = 0.0644L2.9111。运用FISAT-Ⅱ软件进行数据分析和处理,得出生长参数L∞=21.0cm和K=0.83,建立 von Bertalanffy 生长方程为:lt = 21(1-e-0.83(t+0.373))。与以往的研究结果相比,三疣梭子蟹的参数a值偏大,b值略偏小,但更接近于3。其甲长与甲宽偏小,比值更接近于1:2,说明三疣梭子蟹个体趋于低龄化,小个体占比较大。基于甲宽组成的渔获量曲线估算三疣梭子蟹总死亡系数Z=2.94[年]-1,使用RikhterEfanov方法估算自然死亡系数M=1.707[年]-1。通过对历史资料分析,设定上世纪80年代为未过渡捕捞时期,研究浙江海域三疣梭子蟹资源量约为6.128×109尾,而评估得到当前浙江海域三疣梭子蟹资源量约为4.556×109尾,故目前浙江省三疣梭子蟹合理的增殖放流容量为1.572×109尾。模拟不同开发率情况下,三疣梭子蟹合理的增殖放流数量,合理放流容量与开发率呈现多项式关系,为y=-1.025x2 +2.0438x + 5.2113,其中 R2=0.9986。该研究的成果将有助于指导三疣梭子蟹资源增殖放流的科学开展,并且该方法也可以推广应用到其他种类,能为我国渔业资源增殖放流效果评价体系及标准的建立提供技术支撑。
