荥经天麻的质量评价

【摘要】:天麻是我国传统名贵中药之一,为兰科植物天麻(Gastrodia elata B1.)的干燥块茎。具有息风止痉,平抑肝阳,祛风通络的功效。临床上多用于小儿惊风,癫痫抽搐,破伤风,头痛眩晕,肢体麻木,风湿痹痛等症。研究还发现,天麻具有抗惊厥、镇静、镇痛、改善供血、增加脑血流量等多种药理活性。四川荥经县是四川省确认的天麻适宜生态区,种植的天麻有荥经“明麻”之盛名,其产品2012年获得了国家农产品地理标志,在药材商品中享有较高的声誉。本试验以荥经天麻为研究对象,收集其野生、家种、引种样品共25个,以国内主产区所产天麻作对比,对其天麻素、天麻多糖、氨基酸、微量元素等的含量进行了测定,并初步绘制了荥经天麻的HPLC指纹图谱。采用HPLC法对的天麻素含量进行测定,测得荥经天麻的天麻素含量在0.157%-0.236%之间,平均值为0.21%,达到药典(2010版)0.2%的要求;以苯酚-浓硫酸法测定天麻中天麻多糖的含量,测得荥经天麻的天麻总多糖含量在12.21%-31.29%之间,平均含量为22.97%,建议将荥经天麻含量不低于20%作为质量评价的指标;以氨基酸自动分析仪对天麻中的氨基酸含量进行测定,测得荥经天麻的氨基酸含量在230.80 mg/g-375.39 mg/g之间,平均氨基酸总含量为288.65mg/g,建议将氨基酸总含量不低于230.80mg/g作为质量评价的指标;采用火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定天麻的微量元素含量,测得荥经县天麻中含有常见的微量元素,如Fe、Zn、 Cu、Mg、Mn、Co等,尤其以Fe、Mn的含量较高,建议作为荥经天麻的特征元素指标;初步建立了荥经天麻成分的HPLC指纹图谱。这样系统研究荥经天麻尚属首次,为全面评价荥经天麻质量奠定了一定基础。
[Abstract]:Gastrodia elata B1. is one of the precious traditional Chinese medicines. It has the effect of relieving wind and spasm, calming liver yang, dispelling wind and dredging collaterals. Xingjing County, Sichuan Province, is a suitable ecological region for Gastrodia elata. The cultivated Gastrodia elata is well-known as "Mingma" by Xingjing. Its products won the national geographical indications of agricultural products in 2012 and enjoy a high reputation in medicinal commodities. The contents of gastrodin, gastrodin polysaccharide, amino acid, trace element, etc. in the main producing areas of China were determined, and the fingerprint of Xingjing Gastrodia elata by HPLC was preliminarily drawn. The content of Gastrodin in Xingjing Gastrodia elata was determined by HPLC. The content of Gastrodin in Xingjing Gastrodia elata was 0.1. The content of polysaccharide in Gastrodia elata was determined by phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid method. The total polysaccharide content of Gastrodia elata was between 12.21% and 31.29%, and the average content was 22.97%. It was suggested that the content of Gastrodia elata elata elata elata should be no less than 20% as the quality evaluation index. The content of amino acids in Gastrodia elata was determined by automatic analyzer. The content of amino acids in Gastrodia elata was 230.80 mg/g-375.39 mg/g and the average content of amino acids was 288.65 mg/g. It was suggested that the total content of amino acids should not be less than 230.80 mg/g as the quality evaluation index. The content of trace elements such as Fe, Zn, Cu, Mg, Mn and Co in Gastrodia elata from Xingjing County was determined. Especially the content of Fe and Mn was high. It was suggested that the content of these elements should be taken as the characteristic element index of Gastrodia elata. The HPLC fingerprint of the components of Gastrodia elata elata elata was preliminarily established. Fixed a certain foundation.
