春夏播对不同大豆种质生育期的影响及大豆叶柄长度QTL的初步定位

【摘要】:大豆生育期和株型对大豆产量具有重要影响。本文通过春夏播研究了不同播期对大豆生育期的影响,并对大豆叶柄长度相关QTL位点进行了初步定位。在播期对不同大豆种质生育期的影响方面,本研究以来自国内不同生态区的57份大豆种质和来自国外的10份大豆种质为研究材料,分春夏两季进行播种,在整个生育期调查生育期相关性状。研究结果表明,春播条件下,与原生育期相比,16份种质的生育期缩短、12份相差5 d之内、39份生育期延长。生育期缩短的种质中,绥农6号缩短天数最多,达33 d;生育期延长的种质中,盘石豆延长天数最多,达54 d。夏播条件下,与原生育期相比,27份种质的生育期缩短、28份相差5 d之内、12份生育期延长。生育期缩短的种质中,吉育30缩短天数达55 d。与春播相比,夏播时,大豆全生育期缩短,主要是生育前期的缩短,即播种至结荚阶段的缩短。从积温角度来说,夏播大豆比春播大豆全生育期所需积温减少,主要是开花和结荚期的减少,而在其他发育阶段两者差异不明显。以两个具有相同遗传背景的且叶柄长度差异明显的回交导入系作为亲本配制定位群体,对大豆叶柄长度QTL进行了初步定位。经过对F2群体进行表型分析及基因分型,运用IciMapping软件,将大豆叶柄长度相关基因定位到2号染色体Satt290引物所在的D1b连锁群上,LOD值为2.6632。
[Abstract]:Soybean growth period and plant type have important influence on soybean yield. In this paper, the effects of different sowing dates on soybean growth period were studied by sowing in spring and summer, and the QTL loci related to petiole length of soybean were preliminarily mapped. In terms of the effect of sowing date on the growth period of soybean germplasm, 57 soybean germplasms from different ecological areas in China and 10 soybean germplasms from abroad were used as materials for sowing in spring and summer. The related traits of growth period were investigated during the whole growth period. The results showed that under the condition of spring sowing, the growth period of 16 germplasms was shorter than that of the original germplasm, and 39 germplasms had a longer growth period within 5 days of the difference of 12 germplasms. Among the germplasm with shorter growth period, Suinong 6 shortened the most days, up to 33 days, and among the germplasm with longer growth period, the most extended days were Panshi bean (54 days). Under the condition of summer sowing, the growth period of 27 germplasms was shorter than that of the original germplasm, and the growth period of 12 germplasms was prolonged within 5 days of the difference of 28 germplasms. Among the germplasm with shorter growth period, Jiyu 30 shortened the days to 55 days. Compared with spring sowing, the whole growth period of soybean was shortened during summer sowing, mainly the shortening of early growing stage, that is, the shortening of sowing stage to pod-setting stage. From the point of view of accumulated temperature, the required accumulated temperature of summer sowing soybean was lower than that of spring sowing soybean in the whole growth period, mainly the decrease of flowering and pod-setting stage, but there was no significant difference between them in other developmental stages. Two backcross lines with the same genetic background and significant difference in petiole length were used as parent to prepare the localizing population. The QTL of petiole length of soybean was preliminarily mapped. After phenotypic analysis and genotyping of F2 population, IciMapping software was used to localize the length related gene of petiole to the D1b linkage population on chromosome 2. The Lod value was 2.6632.
