干旱胁迫下不同砧木对酿酒葡萄光合特性及叶绿素荧光参数的影响

【摘要】:本试验研究了盆栽嫁接葡萄苗和自根葡萄苗在干旱胁迫下光合特性、叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光特征的变化,探讨在干旱胁迫下砧木与葡萄接穗光合特性、叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光特征的关系。试验主要结果如下:1.随干旱胁迫程度的加深,不同砧木嫁接组合葡萄的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均降低,表现为赤霞珠/贝达赤霞珠/5BB赤霞珠/SO_4赤霞珠自根苗、梅鹿辄/贝达梅鹿辄/5BB梅鹿辄/SO_4梅鹿辄自根苗、西拉/贝达西拉/5BB西拉/SO_4西拉自根苗。而细胞间隙CO2浓度升高,表现为赤霞珠/贝达赤霞珠/5BB赤霞珠/SO_4赤霞珠自根苗、梅鹿辄/贝达梅鹿辄/5BB梅鹿辄/SO_4梅鹿辄自根苗、西拉/贝达西拉/5BB西拉/SO_4西拉自根苗。2.干旱胁迫下,所有供试葡萄光合速率日变化均呈现双峰曲线,在14:00净光合速率出现明显的"午休"现象,而砧木能明显提高接穗此时的净光合速率,从而缓和葡萄的光合"午休"现象。3.随干旱胁迫程度的加深,不同砧木嫁接组合葡萄的总叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量均降低,表现为赤霞珠/贝达赤霞珠/5BB赤霞珠/SO_4赤霞珠自根苗、梅鹿辄/贝达梅鹿辄/5BB梅鹿辄/SO_4梅鹿辄自根苗、西拉/贝达西拉/5BB西拉/SO_4西拉自根苗。4.随干旱胁迫程度的加深,不同砧木嫁接组合葡萄的Fv/Fm、qP、Yield值均降低,表现为赤霞珠/贝达赤霞珠/5BB赤霞珠/SO_4赤霞珠自根苗、梅鹿辄/贝达梅鹿辄/5BB梅鹿辄/SO_4梅鹿辄自根苗、西拉/贝达西拉/5BB西拉/SO_4西拉自根苗。
[Abstract]:The effects of drought stress on photosynthetic characteristics, chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence of grafted grape seedlings and self-root grape seedlings were studied in this experiment. The photosynthetic characteristics of rootstocks and grape scions were studied under drought stress. Relationship between chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics. The main results of the experiment are as follows: 1. With the deepening of drought stress, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of grape grafted with different rootstocks decreased, which was shown as Cabernet Sauvignon / Beida Cabernet Sauvignon / 5BB Cabernet Sauvignon / so _ 4 Cabernet Sauvignon Seedling. Merlot / Beida Merlot / 5BB Merlot / However, the intercellular CO2 concentration increased, showing that Cabernet Sauvignon / Beida Cabernet Sauvignon / 5BB Cabernet Sauvignon / so _ 4 Cabernet Sauvignon self-rooted seedlings, Merlot / Beida Merlot / 5BB Merlot / so _ 4 Merlot self-rooting seedlings, Silas / Bedacilla / 5BB Silas / so _ 4-Sierra self-rooted seedlings. Under drought stress, the diurnal variation of photosynthesis rate of all the tested grapes showed a bimodal curve. At 14:00, the net photosynthetic rate of grape appeared obvious "midday depression" phenomenon, while the rootstock could obviously increase the net photosynthetic rate of the scion at the same time. So as to ease the grape photosynthetic "midday depression" phenomenon. 3. With the deepening of drought stress, the total chlorophyll content and carotenoid content of grape grafted with different rootstocks decreased, which was shown as Cabernet Sauvignon / Beida Cabernet Sauvignon / 5BB Cabernet Sauvignon / so _ 4 Cabernet Sauvignon Seedling. Merlot / Beida Merlot / 5BB Merlot / With the deepening of drought stress, the Fv/Fm,qP,Yield value of grape grafted with different rootstocks decreased, which showed that Cabernet Sauvignon / Beida Cabernet Sauvignon / 5BB Cabernet Sauvignon / so _ 4 Cabernet Sauvignon self-rooted seedlings, Merlot / Beida Merlot / 5BB Merlot / so _ 4 Merlot self-rooted seedlings, Silla / Bedasila / 5BB Silla / so _ 4 Sid _ 4.
