獭兔饲粮铜适宜添加量及对脂肪代谢的影响

【摘要】:本试验研究了断奶-3月龄生长獭兔饲粮铜适宜添加量及铜对脂肪代谢的影响。试验选取200只体况相近的断奶健康獭兔,随机分为5组,每组40个重复,每个重复一只,分别饲喂铜添加水平为0、5、15、45、135 mg/kg的饲粮,预试期7d,正试期59 d。试验结果如下:(1)饲粮不同铜水平对断奶-3月龄生长獭兔平均日增重、平均日采食量(P0.05)有显著影响,且当饲粮中铜添加量为15 mg/kg时,平均日增重及平均日采食量均达到最高值。饲粮不同铜水平对断奶-3月龄生长獭兔毛皮重量(P0.05)有显著影响。饲粮不同铜水平对断奶-3月龄生长獭兔肉质滴水损失、pH值(P0.05)有显著影响,综合来看,铜添加量为15和45 mg/kg时,肉品质都表现出较好的性状。饲粮不同铜水平对断奶-3月龄生长獭兔食入氮、粪氮、尿氮、沉积氮、氮的表观消化率、氮利用率、氮生物利用率(P0.05)有显著影响,均呈现出先增高后降低的趋势。饲粮不同铜水平对断奶-3月龄生长獭兔肝脏指数(P0.05)极显著影响。饲粮不同铜水平对断奶-3月龄生长獭兔血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素(P0.05)有显著影响,均呈现出先增高后降低的趋势。饲粮不同铜水平可以显著提高断奶-3月龄生长獭兔食入铜、粪铜、可消化铜、铜的表观消化率(P0.05)。饲粮不同铜水平对断奶-3月龄生长獭兔肝脏铜含量(P0.05)有显著影响,沉积在肝脏中的铜含量会随着铜添加量的增加而增高。饲粮不同铜水平对断奶-3月龄生长獭兔前腿肉重、后腿肉重、腿肌总重、前腿肌率、后腿肌率、腿肌总率(P0.05)有显著影响,且当饲粮中铜添加量为45 mg/kg时达到最大值。综合以上指标,断奶-3月龄生长獭兔饲粮中铜的适宜添加量为15-45 mg/kg。(2)根据以上指标,我们选取饲粮铜添加水平为0 mg/kg的试验组作为对照组,饲粮铜添加水平为45 mg/kg的试验组作为铜处理组,借此探讨铜对生长獭兔脂肪代谢的影响机制。铜处理组可以显著降低断奶-3月龄生长獭兔肩部脂肪、肾周脂肪以及总脂肪的沉积(P0.05)。铜处理组显著抑制肝脏、骨骼肌、脂肪组织中细胞质脂质的积累(P0.05)。与对照组相比,铜处理组显著降低生长獭兔血清中极低密度脂蛋白的水平。铜处理组显著增加了肝脏中CPT1、CPT2、PPARα基因的表达(P0.05)。铜处理组还可以显著上调了骨骼肌组织中的CPT1、CPT2、LPL、PPARα、FABP、FATP m RNA的表达量和p-AMPK蛋白水平(P0.05)。铜处理组中獭兔脂肪组织中CPT1、CPT2、PPARα和HSL mRNA的表达量也比较高(P0.05)。综合以上指标,饲粮添加铜可以促进骨骼肌的生长并且减少脂肪沉积。铜对脂肪代谢的调节是通过肝脏、骨骼肌和脂肪组织中的PPAR信号传导和骨骼肌组织中的AMPK信号传导。
[Abstract]:The effects of dietary copper on fat metabolism of weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits were studied. Two hundred weaned healthy rex rabbits in similar condition were randomly divided into 5 groups with 40 replicates in each group, each of which was fed with a diet containing 0,5,15,45135 mg/kg of copper, respectively. The trial period was 7 d, and the positive trial period was 59 d. The results were as follows: (1) the average daily gain and average daily intake of weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits were significantly affected by different dietary copper levels (P0.05), and when the dietary copper level was 15 mg/kg, the average daily gain and average daily intake of weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits were significantly affected (P0.05). The average daily gain and average daily intake reached the highest value. Different dietary copper levels significantly affected the fur weight of weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits (P0.05). Different dietary copper levels had significant effects on the loss of meat quality and pH (P0.05) in weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits. On the whole, the meat quality of weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits showed better quality when copper was added at 15 and 45 mg/kg. Different dietary copper levels had significant effects on the apparent digestibility of nitrogen, fecal nitrogen, urine nitrogen, deposited nitrogen, nitrogen bioavailability (P0.05) in weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits, all of which showed a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing. The liver index of weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits was significantly affected by different dietary copper levels (P0.05). Dietary copper levels had significant effects on serum total protein, albumin and urea (P0.05) in weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits, all of which showed a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing. Dietary copper levels significantly increased the apparent digestibility of copper, fecal copper, digestible copper and copper in weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits (P0.05). The content of copper in liver of weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits was significantly affected by different dietary copper levels (P0.05). The copper content deposited in liver increased with the increase of copper content. Different dietary copper levels significantly affected the foreleg meat weight, hind leg meat weight, total leg muscle weight, foreleg muscle rate, hind leg muscle rate and leg muscle total rate (P0.05) in weanling-3 month-old Rex rabbits. And when the dietary copper content was 45 mg/kg, the maximum value was reached. According to the above indexes, the appropriate addition of copper in diets of weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits was 15? 45 mg/kg. (2) according to the above indexes, we selected the trial group with 0 mg/kg level of dietary copper as the control group. The effects of copper on fat metabolism in growing Rex rabbits were studied by adding 45 mg/kg of copper to the experimental group as the copper treatment group, and the effects of copper on fat metabolism of growing Rex rabbits were studied. Copper treatment could significantly reduce the deposition of shoulder fat, perirenal fat and total fat in weanling-3-month-old Rex rabbits (P0.05). Copper treatment significantly inhibited the accumulation of cytoplasmic lipid in liver, skeletal muscle and adipose tissue (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the copper treatment group significantly decreased the level of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) in the serum of growing Rex rabbits. Copper treatment significantly increased the expression of CPT1,CPT2,PPAR 伪 gene in liver (P0.05). Copper treatment could also significantly up-regulate the expression of CPT1,CPT2,LPL,PPAR 伪, FABP,FATP m RNA and p-AMPK protein in skeletal muscle (P0.05). The expression levels of CPT1,CPT2, PPAR伪 and HSL mRNA in adipose tissue of rex rabbits were also higher in copper treated group (P0.05). Combined with the above indicators, dietary copper supplementation can promote skeletal muscle growth and reduce fat deposition. Copper regulates adipose metabolism through PPAR signal transduction in liver, skeletal muscle and adipose tissue and AMPK signal transduction in skeletal muscle tissue.
