【摘要】:意大利新现实主义运动成功的将意大利电影推向了世界电影的舞台,而这场运动的领军人物——罗西里尼,在新现实主义运动之后出现了创作转向。罗西里尼的创作转向和当时意大利的社会文化环境密不可分。意大利文化界在纷乱的社会背景下依然持续着发展,60年代适时出现的大众文化及新媒体改变了意大利旧有的文化氛围。特别是电视的出现给意大利的媒体环境注入了新的活力。与此同时,电影的生存环境也悄然发生着改变。好莱坞的暂时衰落给了意大利电影以发展的机遇,此时的意大利电影更多的倾向于技术化、商业化的创作。在以上社会、文化、电影等环境的影响下,罗西里尼对于新现实主义理念及当下电影的现实环境有了更加清醒的认识。他将电影观念的现实性和历史性共同注入到创作中,探求历史上思想家们的足迹,用历史来映照当下。 人类历史长河丰富多彩,罗西里尼选择拍摄的历史人物皆是为人类有过巨大贡献的思想家、政治家。他的选择必然带有主观性,这些历史人物无不生活在历史变革的节点上,他们通过不断的反思和探索来寻求对于自身及世界的认识。将罗西里尼所选取的历史人物进行分类,可以看出,作为银幕形象的历史人物,罗西里尼更加倾向于其不同生命阶段的展示以及生活内容的表现。这些历史人物的言行共同构成了影片的思想内涵与叙事发展的动力。在展现历史人物的环境空间时,自然景物和作为人文环境的配角们有机的展现出来,他们同历史人物的言行一道共同构筑了历史人物的实存空间。罗西里尼有着明确的电影理念及对于电影语言的独特看法。这不仅表现在中近景、长镜头及剪辑手法的选择和运用上,还表现在组织、统筹画面的场景调度的手法上。此时,我们既看到历史人物的复活,也看到电影大师的回归。 罗西里尼的历史人物影像的拍摄历程正值西方文化转型期。作为第一位进入电视的电影精英,罗西里尼将人作为时代的主体,更多的以人文关怀和人文价值理念为主导,他的文化精英式的思考更多的背负着略显沉闷的道义感和社会责任感。同时,他的精英意识为欧洲电视增加了文化的力量。罗西里尼以文化普及的姿态进入电视,使得精英意识在电视上产生传播效应。这不仅表现在对于传统文化的重构和再生价值,也表现在其在电视传播上的创造力与影响力。就电影样式而言,与经典的纪录电影和故事相比,罗西里尼的历史人物影像具有故事片—纪录片之二分法之外的跨类型特征,他为电影的形态探索提供了更多可能性。
