《舌尖上的中国》成功因素分析及对中国纪录片的启示

【摘要】:21世纪,我国纪录片在经历世纪之初的低谷之后,很快迈上了复兴之路,在新媒体传播环境下,中国纪录片的本土化特征越来越明显,特别是随着央视对纪录片的重视,中国纪录片逐渐呈现出栏目化、频道化、市场化、国际化的趋势。2012年5月14日,《舌尖上的中国》在央视综合频道首播,引起了全国范围内的强烈反响,,甚至掀起了一股“美食热”,可以说是中国纪录片的一次巨大的成功。本文尝试以《舌尖上的中国》为例,对新世纪以来的央视纪录片进行理论研究,并通过对《舌尖上的中国》得以成功的因素加以分析,从文化、商业、文本、叙事及拍摄技巧等方面分析《舌尖上的中国》对我国纪录片的启示。 本文的第一部分是对《舌尖上的中国》成功背景加以分析。其根本背景是“转型”,这种转型既包括社会场域转型,也包括在特殊社会场域下的文化语境转型和审美机制转型,在此基础上概括分析新世纪以来我国央视纪录片的总体发展,并深入总结央视纪录片栏目化、频道化、市场化、国际化的发展走势,并对我国纪录片在“新媒体时代”的语境下的转型进行语境分析。 第二部分是对《舌尖上的中国》的成功因素进行具体分析,并认为文化内涵、温情元素运用、以食诱人、以情动人,以及平民化的路线是其成功的主要因素,这也是《舌尖上的中国》与以往纪录片相比的优势所在。 第三部分是本文的主旨所在,是在对《舌尖上的中国》的分析的基础上反思我国纪录片的发展前景进行的预估和建议,将文化元素作为纪录片成功的最关键要素,而从纪录片自身来看,开拓见微知著的“叙事空间”,同时在传播媒介的影响下重塑适合商业化背景的科学的营销策略。 本文尝试以《舌尖上的中国》为个案,对央视纪录片的未来发展提出合理性建议和发展途径,希望能为我国纪录片的发展提供有价值的参考信息。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, after going through the low point at the beginning of the century, the documentary film of our country quickly embarked on the road of renaissance. Under the new media communication environment, the localization characteristic of the documentary film in China became more and more obvious, especially with the attention of CCTV to the documentary film. Chinese documentaries are gradually showing a trend of column, channelization, marketization and internationalization. In May 14th 2012, China on the Top of the tongue premiered on the CCTV Comprehensive Channel, which aroused strong repercussions throughout the country. There is even a "gourmet craze", which can be said to be a great success for Chinese documentaries. This paper attempts to take "China on the Top of the tongue" as an example to study the theory of CCTV documentaries since the new century. Through the analysis of the factors of success in "China on the tongue", the enlightenment of "China on the tongue" to Chinese documentaries is analyzed from the aspects of culture, commerce, text, narrative and shooting techniques. The first part of this paper is to analyze the successful background of "China on the Top of the tongue". Its fundamental background is "transformation", which includes not only the transformation of social field, but also the transformation of cultural context and aesthetic mechanism under the special social field. On this basis, the general development of CCTV documentaries in China since the new century is analyzed, and the development trend of column, channelization, marketization and internationalization of CCTV documentaries is summarized in depth. It also analyzes the transformation of documentary film in the context of New Media Age. The second part is a concrete analysis of the success factors of "China on the tip of the tongue", and thinks that the main factors of its success are the cultural connotation, the use of the tenderness element, the enticing food, the moving sentiment, and the popularizing route. This is also the advantage of China on the tongue compared with previous documentaries. The third part is the purport of this paper, which is based on the analysis of "China on the tip of the tongue" to reflect on the prospects of the development of Chinese documentary estimates and suggestions, taking cultural elements as the most critical element of the success of the documentary. From the perspective of documentary itself, the author explores the "narrative space" of the microcosmic works, and reinvents the scientific marketing strategy suitable for the commercial background under the influence of the media. Taking China on the Top of the tongue as a case, this paper attempts to put forward reasonable suggestions and development approaches for the future development of CCTV documentary, hoping to provide valuable reference information for the development of documentary in China.
