关于电影初到中国的史料补证

【摘要】：关于电影初到中国的历史考察,此前学界主要关注的是以《申报》为主的中文报刊资料。然而,这对于由西方传入并主要由外国商人所经营,同时又具有鲜明国际主义色彩的早期电影来说,是不够的。若是将视野扩展到当时中国出版的外文报刊,或许能给我们提供一些更丰富的史料和更清晰的记载,尤其是通过中外文文献资料的比对和辨析,有助于化解某些历史疑点。本文主要通过梳理中国早期出版的英文报刊上的相关报道,对电影初到中国的一些相关论点及其论据进行史料补证和辨析,同时对早期的电影放映先驱及其放映活动进行了细致考察,从而试图厘清电影在中国最初的传播和放映情况,为中国早期电影的历史图景拾遗补阙。
[Abstract]:As for the historical investigation of the film's first arrival in China, the academic circles focused mainly on the Chinese newspaper and periodicals. However, this was not enough for the early films, which were introduced from the West and run mainly by foreign businessmen and had a distinctive internationalist color at the same time. If we extend our horizons to the foreign language newspapers and periodicals published in China at that time, we may be able to provide us with more abundant historical data and clearer records, especially through the comparison and discrimination of Chinese and foreign literature and materials, which will help to resolve some historical doubts. By combing the relevant reports in the English newspapers and periodicals published in the early days of China, this paper makes an analysis of some relevant arguments and arguments of the film's early arrival in China. At the same time, it makes a careful investigation on the forerunners of early film projection and their projection activities, so as to clarify the initial dissemination and projection of films in China, so as to make up for the historical picture of the early Chinese films.
