[Abstract]:In October 2013, during his visit to Central and Southeast Asian countries, Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward a major initiative to jointly build the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road", which received great attention from the international community. First, as the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, which has the closest cooperation with ASEAN, has a keen grasp of the golden opportunity of developing cooperation with ASEAN, the maritime Silk Road theme documentary film has been created by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, which is driven by the Maritime Silk Road initiative. In September 2014, a 15-minute, 11-episode large-scale TV feature film "Sea New Silk Road ASEAN Walk" was launched. Along with the substantial advance of the construction of the maritime Silk Road, the coastal land as a bridgehead has been built and implemented.
