行业规范的确立:20世纪20年代中国影坛职业电影人的培育

【摘要】：20世纪20年代,是中国电影业打基础的重要年代。在"工业的冷酷"的电影业市场经济的生存法则下,为了摆脱资本无效和低水准的运转,活跃于上海租界谙熟市场经济规律的中国第一代民族电影企业家和职业电影人,迅速地将电影行业规范的确立,成为中国电影从业人员的一个共识。本文从导演、编剧、表演和摄影、美工等各制作专业门类来具体剖析20世纪20年代中国电影业的这项主体工程,并指出从严格的行业规范中培育出中国第一批职业电影人的敬业精神,是保障中国电影业健康而扎实发展的基础。"20年代电影"的历史经验对于扭转当代中国电影业迅猛发展时产生的乱象,不无借鉴意义
[Abstract]:The 20 th century 20 s, is the Chinese movie industry to lay the foundation important age. In order to get rid of the inefficient and low-standard operation of the capital, the first generation of Chinese national film entrepreneurs and professional filmmakers who are familiar with the laws of the market economy are active in Shanghai concession, in order to get rid of the inefficient and low-standard operation of the market economy of the film industry. The establishment of film industry standards has become a consensus of Chinese film practitioners. This paper analyzes the main project of the Chinese film industry in the 1920s from the aspects of director, screenwriter, performance, photography, art and so on. It also points out that the professionalism of the first batch of professional filmmakers in China has been cultivated from strict industry norms. The historical experience of the 1920s film industry can be used as a reference for reversing the chaos in the rapid development of the contemporary Chinese film industry, which is the basis for ensuring the healthy and solid development of the Chinese film industry.
