新世纪英国电视系列剧艺术特征研究

【摘要】:进入新世纪以来,英国电视系列剧吸收了更多更现代的影视创作方法和艺术手段,在题材、人物、叙事等方面也与时俱进、不断创新,在继承发扬传统英国电视剧特点的同时,,又具备了自身新的特质。加之影视艺术作品创作方式的改进,创作素材和信息获取途径的丰富,以及拍摄、播出体系的不断健全和发展,使得广大观众能够接触并欣赏到更多更出色的英国电视系列剧作品。另外,凭借其独特的人文印记、多层次的民族精神气质以及颠覆性的异质文化面貌吸引着广泛的世界观众。 从《唐顿庄园》到《神探夏洛克》再到《黑镜子》,英国电视系列剧以其短小精悍的含蓄美,在越来越拖拉的电视剧界一枝独秀。这对目前国产剧量多而质不精的国内电视剧市场来说,有重要的借鉴意义。更重要的是,作为一个随时在变化的行业,影视创作依托社会经济、文化以及人们的情感需求而变化。目前国内影视学术研究领域的研究多偏向于导演艺术、社会文化及哲学层面,研究涉猎的对象也多偏向于经典作品。相对而言把对当下作品当作研究对象,且是做本体分析的研究著作较为稀缺。因此,面对目前国内电视剧市场中国产剧量多而质不精这一现象,新世纪以来的英国电视系列剧的艺术特征是有着较高的研究价值的。 本论文主要从整体概述和个案解读两个层面,借助坚实的理论支撑,将新世纪以来的英国电视系列剧看作一个整体,并通过结合具体英国电视系列剧作品对新世纪以来的英国电视系列剧艺术特征的表现及成因进行分析,并在最后总结出英国电视系列剧对中国电视剧的启示。本论文分为四部分: 第一部分主要分析英国电视系列剧的类别与类型,一是三大类别——时代剧、改编剧和现代剧,时代剧庄重典雅,改编剧严谨精致,现代剧个性突出甚至有些刻薄尖锐;二是类型化与类型元素杂糅,类型化使得英国电视系列剧有了相对稳定的表现形式,而类型元素的杂糅丰富了观众的观影体验。 第二部分分析英国电视系列剧的人物形象,应于剧情的服装造型和真实丰满的内在性格使得人物形象细腻别致。 第三部分分析英国电视系列剧的叙事特征:叙事结构的多样化、信息交代简单明了、叙事时空的交替转换增强了它的戏剧性节奏;人物台词简洁幽默却又包含丰富的言外之意;叙事情节生动丰富。 第四部分分析英国电视系列剧的艺术“基因”,英国文学名著为英国电视系列剧提供了故事的基本情节与人物形象的个性,以及用文学话语表达的细节。戏剧冲突和戏剧功力赋予了剧中角色深刻而丰富的内在精神世界,英国式表演几乎成了一种品质的保证。电影蒙太奇技巧的借鉴使英国电视系列剧更擅长用画面讲故事。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new century, the British TV series has absorbed more and more modern methods of film and television creation and art, and has also kept pace with the times in terms of subject matter, characters, narration, etc., and has been constantly innovating, while inheriting and carrying forward the characteristics of traditional British TV dramas. With its own new characteristics. In addition, with the improvement of the way of creating film and television works of art, the enrichment of the ways of obtaining creative materials and information, and the continuous improvement and development of the system of shooting and broadcasting, So that the audience can access and enjoy more and better British television series works. In addition, with its unique humanistic imprint, multi-level national ethos and subversive heterogeneous cultural features, it attracts a wide range of world audiences. From Downton Abbey to Sherlock to Black Mirror, the British TV series, with its short, subtle beauty, is dominating the increasingly tardy world of television. This is of great significance to the domestic TV drama market, which has a large quantity and low quality. More importantly, as a changing industry, film and television creation depends on social economy, culture and people's emotional needs. At present, the research in the field of film and television academic research tends to be directed art, social culture and philosophy, and the object of study is also inclined to classical works. Comparatively speaking, the present works are regarded as the research objects, and the works of ontology analysis are scarce. Therefore, in the face of the phenomenon that the quantity and quality of Chinese TV dramas are not high, the artistic characteristics of British TV series since the new century have higher research value. This paper mainly from the overall overview and case interpretation of two levels, with the help of solid theoretical support, British television series since the new century as a whole, This paper analyzes the artistic features and causes of British TV series in the new century, and finally summarizes the enlightenment of British TV series to Chinese TV dramas. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part mainly analyzes the categories and types of British TV series, one is the three major categories-time dramas, writers and modern dramas, the times drama solemn and elegant, the writers strict and exquisite, modern drama personality prominent or even some sharp; The other is the blending of typology and typology, which makes the British TV series have a relatively stable form of expression, and the blending of typologies enriches the audience's experience of watching films. The second part analyzes the characters of the British TV series. The third part analyzes the narrative characteristics of British TV series: the variety of narrative structure, the simplicity of information, the alternation of narrative time and space enhance its dramatic rhythm; The narrative plot is vivid and rich. The fourth part analyzes the artistic "gene" of British TV series. The famous works of English literature provide the basic plot of the story and the personality of the characters, as well as the details expressed in the literary discourse for the British TV series. Drama conflict and drama power endow the characters with deep and rich inner spiritual world, and British performance almost becomes a guarantee of quality. The use of film montage techniques makes British television series better at telling stories with pictures.
