【摘要】：19世纪的英国,是一个可以使公众初步享受教育及科学与技术进步成果的时代,也是一个讲究人道主义和社会福利的时代。英国法律剧在19世纪的社会环境中诞生,它开创了英国戏剧的新局面,开拓了戏剧的发展空间,并结出了丰硕的成果。
[Abstract]:Britain in the 19th century was an era in which the public could enjoy the fruits of education and scientific and technological progress, as well as humanitarian and social welfare. English legal drama was born in the social environment of the 19th century. It opened up a new situation of English drama, opened up the space for the development of drama, and produced fruitful results.
