浅析电视纪录片的价值——以央视《舌尖上的中国》为例

【摘要】:2012年,《舌尖上的中国》在全国迅速引发一场"舌尖热",并带动了美食文化纪录片的创作热潮。本文认为,《舌尖上的中国》为食材赋予了情感底色和文化底蕴,从而升华了该片的主题;节目的播出带动了相关产品的销售;片中对文化景观的展现具有文化传承价值。
[Abstract]:In 2012, China on the tongue quickly triggered a "tongue fever" in the country, and led to the creation of culinary documentaries. This paper holds that "China on the tongue" gives emotional background and cultural background to food materials, thus sublimating the theme of the film; the broadcast of the program drives the sale of related products; and the display of cultural landscape in the film has cultural heritage value.
