电影院市场定位策略四维评价模型的开发与应用

【摘要】:正面对激烈的市场竞争,影院要想实现优势发展,就必须要找准自身的市场定位,而这一定位策略应是以组合的形态出现,具体由所处商圈的等级、影院与电商互动程度等级、影院放映硬件/技术等级和影厅设施及装修的等级所构成,同时这四者也是决定影院未来发展的关键要素。当影院管理者分别在这四个维度上进行定位以获得一定数量的定位组合,参考相应的评定标准,即可筛选出一个最适合影院发展的定位策略。
[Abstract]:In the face of fierce market competition, cinemas must find their own market positioning if they want to realize their superiority development, and this positioning strategy should appear in the form of combination, which is specific to the level of business circle in which they are located, the degree of interaction between cinemas and ecommerce, and the degree of interaction between cinemas and ecommerce. The level of hardware / technology of cinema projection and the grade of facilities and decoration of cinema hall are also the key factors to determine the future development of cinema. When cinema managers are positioned on these four dimensions to obtain a certain number of positioning combinations, and referring to the corresponding evaluation criteria, a location strategy that is most suitable for the development of cinemas can be selected.
