文化产业管理专业本科生导师制及创新型人才培养研究——以山东女子学院影视产业经营与管理方向为例

【摘要】：正专业导师制,是依据教师与学生的专业属性,充分发挥专业教师在创新型人才培养过程中的专业优势,把学生划分到专业教师名下,实现专业教师对学生进行针对性培养与引导的教育模式。文化产业管理是2004年国家为适应文化产业发展而设立的本科专业,专业具有较强的复合、交叉性,涵盖了文化、旅游、休闲、广播影视、传媒、文化经济等众多学科专业领域的内容,最终以培养具有广阔的文化视野、具备现代产业经营理念及管理技能的复合
