新时期国内医疗剧创作研究

【摘要】：随着医疗、医患话题近年来在我国正逐步成为引起社会高度关注，引发社会深度思考的热点和焦点，同时也伴随着人们生活质量的提高以及健康意识的增强，一类以医疗、医患为创作题材的电视剧类型在国内逐步成型，并初具规模。本文鉴于此种现象，选取近年来国内创作播出的具有代表性的医疗剧作品为主要研究对象，，对国内这类题材电视剧作品的发展状况、内容特点和叙事特点及创作难点进行分析研究。本文首先考察目前关于医疗剧以及电视剧创作在内容表达和叙事特点方面的相关论著及文献，了解国内研究动态，梳理界定相关名词涵义，通过辨析其和美国医疗剧、行业类型剧之间的区别和联系，并结合国内电视剧发展特点，给国内医疗剧做出了自己的定义。其次，对国外医疗剧及国内医疗剧的发展脉络进行梳理，总结其发展现状。通过对近年来在国内集中出现的众多本土医疗剧文本进行研究，对电视剧文本中的故事人物、剧情表现、创作诉求等要素进行整理分析。在此基础上分别从医务工作者形象塑造和对国内医患关系的影像表达两个方面分析国内医疗剧作品的内容特点。并在此特点之上从国内医疗剧作品的冲突设置、结构线索特点和创意空间三个方面对国内医疗剧创作的叙事特点进行分析。最后，笔者对国内医疗剧的创作瓶颈做了简单总结，并对国内医疗剧的创作趋势进行初步探索与思考。笔者认为，国内不断丰富变化着的医疗话题也将让国内医疗剧拥有更新的表现内容与表达方式，进而使国内医疗剧拥有更大的发展潜质。
[Abstract]:With the development of medical treatment, the topic of doctor-patient is gradually becoming a hot spot and focus of social deep thinking in China in recent years. At the same time, along with the improvement of people's quality of life and the enhancement of health consciousness, one kind of medical treatment is based on medical treatment. Doctors and patients for the creation of TV drama types in China gradually formed, and initial scale. In view of this phenomenon, this article selects the representative medical drama works which have been created and broadcast in recent years as the main research object, and makes a study of the development of domestic TV dramas of this kind of subject matter. The characteristics of content and narrative and the difficulties in writing are analyzed and studied. First of all, this article examines the current medical drama and TV drama creation in the content expression and narrative characteristics of the relevant works and literature, understand the domestic research trends, comb and define the meaning of the relevant nouns, by discriminating between the medical drama and the United States medical drama, According to the characteristics of domestic TV drama development, the author defines the domestic medical drama according to the difference and connection between the types of drama and the development of domestic TV series. Secondly, it combs the development of foreign medical drama and domestic medical drama, and summarizes its development status. Through the study of many domestic medical drama texts in recent years, the author makes an analysis of the elements such as story characters, plot performance, creation demands and so on in the TV drama texts. On this basis, the content characteristics of domestic medical dramas are analyzed from two aspects: the image of medical workers and the image expression of the relationship between doctors and patients in China. On the basis of these characteristics, this paper analyzes the narrative characteristics of domestic medical drama creation from three aspects: the conflict setting of domestic medical drama works, the characteristics of structural clues and the creative space. Finally, the author makes a simple summary of the domestic medical drama creation bottleneck, and carries on the preliminary exploration and the ponder to the domestic medical drama creation trend. The author believes that the ever-changing medical topics in China will also make the domestic medical drama have a new expression content and expression, so that the domestic medical drama has a greater potential for development.
