从中国动漫产业的发展看高校动画教育

【摘要】：20世纪以来,中国动漫产业在国家和地方政府的大力扶持和推动下,发展迅速,取得了显著的成绩,产业区域发展的格局已经初步形成,因此对动画人才的需求也在逐年提高。面对动画人才巨大的市场缺口,蓬勃崛起的中国高校动画教育,如何才能培养出符合市场需求的人才,为动漫产业的发展真正起到推波助澜的作用,是所有高校动画教育者应该重视并值得深思的首要问题。本文通过对目前国内外动漫产业市场的举例分析,并结合当今高校动画教育的培养现状,对未来高校动画教育模式的改革和人才培养模式等问题进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:Since 20th century, the animation industry of China has developed rapidly with the support and promotion of the national and local governments, and has made remarkable achievements. The pattern of industrial regional development has been initially formed, so the demand for animation talents is also increasing year by year. In the face of the huge market gap of animation talents, how can animation education in Chinese universities and colleges be developed to meet the needs of the market so as to promote the development of animation industry? Is all university animation educators should pay attention to and worth pondering the first issue. Based on the analysis of animation industry market at home and abroad and the current situation of animation education in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the reform of animation education mode and talent training model in colleges and universities in the future.
