网络口碑分析系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近几年电子商务和互联网社区飞速发展,网络平台为消费者发表产品评价和消费经验提供了便利,同时也使得网络口碑爆炸式传播。研究表明,消费者更容易相信网络口碑而不是营销广告,网络口碑对企业和社会产生了巨大的影响。近几年我国频发各类产品事故,网络口碑的传播在这类事件爆发的过程中起到了重要的推动作用。对网络口碑数据的分析,既可以帮助企业自身提高产品品质,及时发现产品的缺陷和问题,也可以对生产企业进行监督。 本文结合当前网络口碑数据分析需求,设计和实现了一个用户体验良好的网络口碑分析系统。针对网络口碑数据的特性,本系统为用户提供了个性化的网络口碑数据多维分析服务,和人性化的可视化界面。本文的具体工作包括三部分:1)网络口碑数据的多维分析。用户可以对数据进行多维切片分析、下钻上卷分析、线索分析,分析的观察量可以是口碑信息源、产品地域、质量风险等多个维度。2)不同类型用户的自由定制分析。每个用户可以创建自己的分析部件和信息中心,可以自由配置分析部件的维度、图表类型等属性,系统根据分析部件的属性分析出结果。3)可视化结果呈现。由于网络口碑数据具有多样性和复杂性,本系统将多维分析结果以可视化图表的形式呈现给用户,,更直观易懂。 本文设计和实现的网络口碑分析系统,实现了对网络口碑数据进行多维分析,同时提供人性化的分析结果可视化界面。本系统经过测试验证,得到了较为满意的结果,达到预期设计要求。本系统的成果对网络口碑分析的研究具有重要价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic commerce and the Internet community, the network platform has provided convenience for consumers to publish product evaluation and consumption experience, and at the same time, it has also made the network word of mouth explosively spread. Consumers are more likely to believe online word-of-mouth than marketing advertisements, and Internet word-of-mouth has had a huge impact on enterprises and society. In recent years, there have been frequent accidents of all kinds of products in our country. The spread of network word of mouth plays an important role in the process of this kind of event. The analysis of the network word of mouth data can not only help the enterprise to improve the product quality, but also discover the defects and problems of the product in time. Also may carry on the supervision to the production enterprise. In this paper, we design and implement a network word-of-mouth analysis system with good user experience according to the current demand of network word-of-mouth data analysis, aiming at the characteristics of network word-of-mouth data. The system provides users with personalized network word-of-mouth data multidimensional analysis service, The concrete work of this paper includes three parts: 1) Multidimensional analysis of network word-of-mouth data. The observed amount of analysis can be as follows: word of mouth information source, product area, quality risk, etc.) Free customization analysis for different types of users. Each user can create their own analysis components and information center. We can freely configure the dimension, chart type and other attributes of the analysis parts. According to the attributes of the analysis parts, the system can analyze the results. 3) the visual results are presented. Because of the diversity and complexity of the network word-of-mouth data, The system presents the multidimensional analysis results to the users in the form of visual charts, which is more intuitive and easy to understand. The network word-of-mouth analysis system is designed and implemented in this paper. It realizes the multidimensional analysis of the network word-of-mouth data and provides a humanized visual interface of the analysis results. The system has been tested and verified, and the results are satisfactory. The achievement of this system is of great value to the research of network word-of-mouth analysis.
