【摘要】:广播广告是广播电台的主要收入来源,因而广播广告的经营在目前广播经营中有着重要的地位,是电台生存发展的重中之重。搭建一套安全、合理的自动广告播出系统是适应电台发展的基础。这套系统的优化改进对提升整体电台的广告收入有着十分重要的意义。 现阶段TJ广告自动播出系统建立于2007年,随着电台广告的发展,这套系统已经不能满足目前现阶段电台广告的要求。在设计之初并没有考虑到的问题,如今迫切的需要解决。所以对其的优化改进也显得极为迫切。本研究针对近几年广告经营的快速发展对广告自动播出系统提出更高的要求.进行对广告自动播出系统的优化,目的在于提高广告播出系统的工作效率,适应当今发展,解决目前广告经营所面临的难题。因此本研究选题对于提升广告播出系统的价值,同时提升电台广告收入,具有十分重大的实践意义。所有优化都是针对目前运行的TJ电台广告自动播出系统,该系统虽能稳定的运行,能够满足目前广告经营的日常需要,但是其中大量存在的重复、复杂、繁琐的人工工作是阻碍广告自动播出系统适应现阶段广播广告发展的瓶颈。 本文主要按提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的次序展开论述。 首先,通过介绍现有的广告自动播出系统运行情况,提出了现行TJ电台广告系统存在的弊端与漏洞。 其次,以TJ电台长达五年的使用过程中所总结出的经验为基础,结合其他兄弟电台的广告播出系统的先进经验,对现行广告播出系统分析出了一系列修改意见,其中包括:应对经营政策的变动,修改广告自动播出系统的意见,随技术发展所提供的新设备的修改意见,以及对这套系统的缺陷提出的补充意见。 最后,提出解决方案:具体优化成果有应对政策修改方面的优化、新技术发展硬件方面的优化、系统完整性方面的优化等。首先,本次优化利用了新兴技术“网闸”来解决了在保证安全播出的前提下,提升了工作效率,极大的做到了计算机自动化办公。其次,就调整的经营政策,增加了电台在某一时段(黄金时段)的广告收入,做到了自动判断某一条广告合同的计算收费标准,减少了出错的概率。最后,完善了广告播出系统,增加了监播系统,提高了播后审核的效率,减少了广告经营中心监听部工作人员的繁重工作,把出现播出事故造成的影响降低到最低。 经过上述改进,TJ电台广告自动播出系统能够做到真正的自动播出,为TJ电台广告收入的稳步增长保驾护航。
[Abstract]:Broadcast advertising is the main source of income for radio stations. Therefore, the operation of broadcast advertisements plays an important role in the current broadcasting operation and is the most important part of the survival and development of radio stations. A reasonable automatic advertising broadcasting system is the basis of adapting to the development of radio station, and the optimization and improvement of this system is of great significance to enhance the advertising revenue of the whole radio station. TJ advertising automatic broadcasting system was established in 2007. With the development of radio advertising, this system can no longer meet the requirements of the current stage of radio advertising. Nowadays, it is urgent to solve this problem. Therefore, it is very urgent to optimize and improve it. In view of the rapid development of advertising management in recent years, this study puts forward higher requirements for the advertising automatic broadcasting system. The purpose of this study is to improve the working efficiency of the advertising broadcasting system, adapt to the current development, and solve the problems faced by the current advertising management. Therefore, this research topic is helpful to enhance the value of the advertising broadcasting system, and at the same time to increase the advertising revenue of the radio station. It is of great practical significance. All the optimization is aimed at the TJ radio station advertising automatic broadcasting system, which can run stably and meet the daily needs of the current advertising business, but a large number of duplicates exist in the system. Complex and complicated manual work is the bottleneck that hinders the automatic broadcasting system to adapt to the development of broadcast advertising. This paper mainly discusses the order of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. First of all, by introducing the operation of the existing advertising automatic broadcasting system, the shortcomings and loopholes of the current TJ radio advertising system are put forward. Secondly, based on the experience summed up in the use of TJ radio station for up to five years and the advanced experience of the advertising broadcasting system of other brother radio stations, a series of revised opinions on the current advertising broadcasting system are analyzed. It includes: to deal with the change of management policy, to modify the opinions of the advertisement automatic broadcasting system, to modify the new equipment provided with the development of technology, and to put forward the supplementary opinions to the defects of the system. Finally, the solutions are put forward: the specific optimization results include the optimization of policy modification, the optimization of hardware for the development of new technology, the optimization of system integrity, and so on. This optimization uses the emerging technology "net gate" to solve the problem, under the premise of ensuring safe broadcasting, it improves the working efficiency, greatly accomplishes the office automation of computer. Secondly, it adjusts the management policy. It increases the advertising revenue of the radio station in a certain period of time (prime time), achieves the calculation standard of automatically judging a certain advertising contract, and reduces the probability of error. Finally, the advertising broadcasting system is improved and the monitoring and broadcasting system is added. It improves the efficiency of the post-broadcast audit, reduces the heavy work of the staff of the monitoring department of the advertising management center, and minimizes the impact caused by the occurrence of the broadcast accident. After the above improvement, the automatic broadcasting system of TJ radio advertising can achieve real automatic broadcasting, which can protect the steady growth of advertising revenue of TJ radio station.
