【摘要】:目前电视购物网站并没有作为电视业务的重要组成部分进行拓展,网上购物却已迅速的融入我们的生活。由于市场需要,电视购物要进行转型和业务拓展,随着网上购物商城的快速成长和发展,更是加剧了网络购物这个领域的市场竞争。这种情况下,把电视购物与时尚的网络购物相结合从而建立电视购物网站就为电视购物和网络购物同时找到了新的出口。想要得到网上购物作为电视传媒的营销利益,就要开始发展电视台自己的电视购物网络平台。本文从电视购物实际出发,使用发展成熟且运行稳定的网站开发模型和设计工具,建立简单明了的管理界面和购物界面,尝试从消费者角度和媒体人的角度来思考,把网络媒体和视频媒体有机的结合在一起,建立新型的网络电视购物平台,最终达到优势互补。根据电视购物独有的集中宣传优势特点,结合网上商城的的现有模式,衍生出适用于本土的的电视购物网站,设计及开发吉林省电视购物网站,从而打开电视台电视购物的新局面。在明确了电视购物现状的基础上,详细设计电视购物网站所需的运行环境、开发技术和数据库等,最终建立和运行具有全新优势的电视购物网站。 电视购物网站,首先可以借助电视媒体进行前期试验性商品宣传。如:根据不同的消费群体把商品进行分类组合和包装;对明星商品进行限时折扣促销;开辟节日商品专题。在前期的电视购物节目播出后,快速的总结分析出消费者的购物取向,并且使这些信息迅速的在电视购物网站上得以使用。根据电视购物的反映程度来调整电视购物网站的布局和商品营销方式,为购物网站整体的消费需求指引了的方向。此外,前期的电视购物宣传不论是流动的字幕广告还是固定的电视购物节目,都在电视台的收视范围内造成了一定的声势,,起到了引导式宣传的作用。特别是由本地电视台与本地信用良好的商家进行合作,以高质量的品牌优势制作出高信誉度的电视购物节目。这样,经过实体店中的商品在电视节目中的多次宣传后,作为用户的消费者再进入电视台自己的电视购物网站时,就对所浏览的商品有了信心和保障,没有了虚拟购物的潜在购物担忧。其次,电视台网购业务的开展,也为电视购物的中商品找到了宽广的销售平台。毕竟电视购物节目的时间是短暂的、有限的,消费者很难在短时间内记住所有的商品信息。如果电视购物宣传使得消费者对某些商品产生购买欲,就可以在电视购物网站上进行详细的查询从而更加放心的购买商品。最后,结合了以上特点的电视购物网站,使得消费者对购买的商品从所属商家到产品全方位的信息再到本地短途物流都有了相当的了解和信任。使得消费者实现在家买到有保障的商品,不再对商品真实性和售后服务而担忧,最终实现从视频媒体到网络媒体的商品销售全方位一体化的人性化服务。 购物网站的发展已经比较成熟,所以,开发电视购物网站主要建立在购物网站的平台上。要建立购物网站,就要首先考虑开发平台和运行环境。这里主要选用HTML、ActiveServer Page(ASP)、Javascript(JS)、Cascading Style Sheet(CSS)作为开发模型,选用Dreamweaver、Windows2003、Internet Information Services(IIS)作为开发平台。 首先,根据电视媒体宣传需求、电视台网购业务需求和商品销售全方位一体化的特殊需求,研究建立电视购物网站的基本框架。网站的框架设计时划分为前台、后台和数据这三大部分。 其次,是要根据电视购物网站的实际需求对网站进行概要设计。在概要设计时,建立需要的功能模块,模块的功能主要针对用户的使用和管理者的系统管理。在具体划分上,用户使用的前台分为到注册及登录模块、商品模块、购物模块、新闻模块、评论模块;网站的管理者使用的后台系统管理分为管理员注册及登陆模块、商品管理模块、商品专题模块、奖品管理模块、用户管理模块、分类管理模块、用户注册省市管理模块、投票管理模块。此时,网站的构架基本成型。 第三,就是电视购物网站具体的详细设计。前台主要介绍:首页、用户登录、商品详单。(1)首页是用户在浏览时的总窗口,在首页里要尽可能的从用户的角度来考虑布局和实现的功能,在这里,就可以充分发挥电视购物网站的特色,把电视购物的商品信息归纳成热卖商品、推荐商品等。(2)注册登陆是购物网站必须具备的,认证用户的同时还可以为用户提供个性化服务。(3)商品详单中除了可以清楚的显示用户购买信息,还可加入积分等促销方式。后台主要介绍:管理员注册及登录、添加商品、后台用户归属地。(1)为了保证网站的管理安全,管理员登陆也是比不可少的,购物网站的口碑需要管理上勤劳的付出。(2)电视购物的特性就是商品的宣传是阶段性的,每个阶段商品的优惠是不同的,这就需要不断添加新商品。(3)用户的归属地管理可以根据地区划分研究和归纳不同地区消费者对商品的消费偏爱。最后,总结全文,在设计及开发吉林省电视台购物网站的同时,对未来发展提出了进一步的设想。
