山西农村网络文化站IT管理平台的分析与设计

【摘要】:为建设社会主义新农村,推进农村信息化建设,山西移动于2007年率先提出了农村信息建设的战略方针。在全省28000个村庄,村村铺设光纤、建立了农村网络文化站,为拓展移动宽带业务、提升企业品牌形象起到了积极的作用和意义。但在业务大发展的背后,我们也看到了伴随业务增长带来的管理和提升上的问题,如终端设备的资产管理问题、终端设备的基础维护问题、用户上网行为的监控问题、文化站业务的运营管理问题、如何有效提高设备利用率的问题等。 本课题针对山西农村网络文化站的IT管理现状和存在问题,提出建设统一的IT管理平台,借助此平台,充分利用现有用户资源,进行资源的有效整合,在目前提供基础上网服务的同时,完善对网络文化站终端设备的管理、实现对终端设备的远程维护、安全服务、广告服务,达到业务创新,提高经济效益和社会效益的目的。 本文首先介绍了山西农村网络文化站IT管理平台的项目背景,论文课题涉及范围,以及平台建设主要解决的问题。研究和分析山西农村网络文化站在IT管理中存在的问题,提出管理平台的建设规划和需求。其次,通过对整个系统的设计,对系统的设计原则和框架进行了研究。同时对涉及系统设计与实现过程中的几个关键技术,包括系统还原、基于WMI的系统信息收集、UDP内网穿透技术和客户端远程协助等技术进行了重点说明。再次,完成了对应系统服务器平台的设计,实现了对系统服务器的部署和实施。同时完成了应用服务软件的功能设计,对系统各个功能模块进行了详细设计,并给出了部分实现效果图。 该平台的实现,解决了困扰山西农村网络文化站业务管理中的上门维修困难、资产管理困难、缺乏运营管理、缺乏安全管理等问题,提高了企业经济效益,也取得了一定的社会效益。作为提供公共信息服务的场所,与文化站功能类似的其他场合,如山西移动“自由空间”连锁网吧、其他学校机房等场所,也可以通过对该平台适当改造再加以应用。
[Abstract]:In order to build a new socialist countryside and promote the construction of rural information, Shanxi Mobile took the lead in putting forward the strategic policy of rural information construction in 2007. 28000 villages and villages in the province have been laid optical fibers, and rural network cultural stations have been established. In order to expand the mobile broadband service and enhance the brand image of the enterprise, it has played a positive role and significance. But behind the great development of the business, we have also seen the problems of management and promotion brought about by the growth of the business. Such as terminal equipment asset management, terminal equipment basic maintenance problem, user online behavior monitoring problem, cultural station business operation and management problems, how to effectively improve the equipment utilization rate, and so on. Aiming at the present situation and existing problems of IT management in Shanxi Rural Network Culture Station, this paper proposes to build a unified IT management platform, with the help of which, we can make full use of existing user resources and carry out the effective integration of resources. At the same time, we should improve the management of the terminal equipment of the network culture station, realize the remote maintenance, security service and advertisement service of the terminal equipment, so as to achieve the purpose of business innovation, economic benefit and social benefit. This paper first introduces the background of the IT management platform of Shanxi Rural Network Culture Station, the scope of the thesis, and the main problems to be solved in the construction of the platform, and studies and analyzes the problems existing in the IT management of Shanxi Rural Network Culture Station. Secondly, through the design of the whole system, the design principles and framework of the system are studied. At the same time, several key technologies involved in the process of system design and implementation, including system restoration, are discussed. The system information collection technology based on WMI and client remote assistance technology are emphasized. Thirdly, the design of the corresponding system server platform is completed. The deployment and implementation of the system server is realized, and the function design of the application service software is completed, and the detailed design of each function module of the system is carried out, and the partial implementation effect diagram is given. The realization of the platform has solved the problems such as the difficulties of door-to-door maintenance, the difficulty of asset management, the lack of operation management, the lack of safety management and so on, which have troubled the business management of Shanxi rural network cultural station, and have improved the economic benefits of enterprises. It has also achieved certain social benefits. As a place to provide public information services, other occasions similar to the functions of cultural stations, such as Shanxi Mobile's "Free Space" chain Internet cafes, other school computer rooms, and so on, It can also be reapplied through proper modification of the platform.
