基于微信公众号的涉农贷款客户管理系统研究

【摘要】:“三农”问题一直是关系我国经济进步和社会稳定的大事。涉农贷款是政府和金融机构合力推出的一项有助于“三农”发展的惠农政策,能在很大程度上缓解个体农户和农业企业的资金压力,推动农业的规模化、产业化发展。然而,由于我国农村信息化基础设施落后,信息相对闭塞,导致贷款农户抗风险能力严重不足,从而引起不良涉农信用贷款现象频发,以至于银行在涉农贷款审批事务中越来越严格、谨慎,导致涉农贷款资金分配不合理和放贷不及时,这些反过来又制约农户的农产品经济效益和还款能力,从而渐渐使涉农贷款陷入一个无法解开的死结。移动应用微信的飞速崛起给当代推广营销开辟了一条全新道路,越来越多的机关、事业单位、商户和个人纷纷利用微信公众号作为自身品牌的代言平台,且创造了巨大的广告效应和直接财富。为使在涉农贷款过程中农户和贷款银行达到双赢局面,促进涉农贷款的可持续发展,本文以提高农业银行“涉农贷款”客户关系管理效率、加强金融信息推送效率和降低管理系统成本为目标,提出了一个以微信公众平台为载体的便捷、实用的交互式客户管理信息服务平台整体解决方案,并以长沙市某中国农业银行为研究对象,通过问卷调查、采访调查和会议调查等方式获取了平台的详细需求,从而以该农业银行的涉农贷款业务为实例进行了平台的原型开发。本文实现的微信公众号“涉农贷款”客户关系管理系统以HTML5、CSS和PHP语言进行前端开发,以MYSQL数据库进行数据库设计和管理,响应快速、功能完善、使用简便,能满足不同文化层次的用户使用。系统开发过程中以UML建模技术根据需求分析进行建模,主要包括四个模块:应用程序界面子系统、信息交互子系统、消息自动回复子系统和后台数据库子系统。消息自动回复子系统的功能在于根据粉丝发送过来的消息内容,生成对应的回复消息,回复的消息类型多样,但这些自动回复的消息不是存储在后台数据库,而是已素材形式存储在WEB服务器。应用程序界面子系统主要提供各种场景的可视化交互页面,包括微信公众平台主界面(主要包括平台被关注自动回复的图文消息和自定义菜单)、平台内的一些功能页面(如用户个人主页、申请还款延期页面等)等。信息交互子系统的主要功能是收集平台用户(即粉丝)的各类消息,随之将消息以对应XML数据格式封装和解析,再经由微信公众平台后台开放的各类应用接口进行数据交互和调度,然后调用数据库数据,将结果反馈给用户。数据库子系统的功能在于存储平台重要数据,如客户个人基本信息、客户欠款额度、客户还款日期等。
[Abstract]:The "three rural issues" has been the relationship between China's economic progress and social stability. The agricultural loan is a help to the development of "three rural" policy of the government and financial institutions jointly launched, individual farmers and agricultural enterprises can alleviate the financial pressure to a great extent, promote the scale of agricultural industrialization. Development. However, because the infrastructure of rural informatization in China is relatively backward, leading to occlusion of the information, loan risk resisting ability shortage, causing frequent adverse agricultural credit phenomenon, so that banks are in the agricultural loan approval affairs more strict, careful, lead to the unreasonable allocation of funds for agricultural loans and lending is not timely, which in turn restrict the agricultural products of farmers economic benefits and repayment ability, so as to gradually make agricultural loans into a able to untie the knot. The rapid rise of mobile applications to WeChat Modern marketing has opened up a new road, more and more organs, institutions, businesses and individuals have used WeChat public number as the endorsement platform of their own brand, and create a huge advertising effect and wealth. For the farmers in the process of agricultural loans and loan banks to achieve a win-win situation, and promote the sustainable development of agriculture related loans in this paper, in order to improve the Agricultural Bank of "agricultural loans" customer relationship management efficiency, strengthen the financial information push system efficiency and reduce management cost as the goal, put forward a public platform for the WeChat carrier is convenient, the whole platform interactive customer management information service practical solution, and to Changsha a Chinese Agricultural Bank as the research object, through the questionnaire survey, interview survey and survey and other ways to get the detailed requirements of the platform, to the Agricultural Bank of agricultural loans Business development platform prototype as an example. The WeChat public relations management system, "the implementation of agriculture related loans" customers to HTML5, CSS and PHP language with MYSQL database front-end development, database design and management, rapid response, perfect function, convenient usage, and can meet the needs of different levels of culture system users. In the process of developing UML modeling technology according to the demand analysis model, which includes four modules: application interface subsystem, information exchange subsystem, automatic reply subsystem and database subsystem news. News automatically reply to the function of the subsystem is based on message content sent by fans, generating the corresponding reply message. Reply to the message types, but the automatic reply message is not stored in the database, but has the material form is stored in the WEB server application. The interface subsystem mainly provides various kinds of visual scene interactive pages, including WeChat public platform (including the main interface platform is concerned the automatic reply message graphic and custom menu), some pages within the platform (such as user homepage for repayment extension page and so on). The main function is to collect the information exchange subsystem platform the user (the fans) of all kinds of news, along with the message to the corresponding XML data format and analytical package, through various application interface WeChat open public platform background data exchange and scheduling, and then call the database data, feedback the results to users. The database subsystem function is an important data storage platform, such as basic personal customers customer information, customer arrears amount, repayment date.
