基于博弈论的省内民营种业供应链定价策略研究

【摘要】: 进入全球化企业阶段,企业同企业的竞争演变成供应链与供应链之间的竞争。如何更好的整合外部供应链资源,利用适合的激励机制,引导各理性成员从自身利益最大化出发制定决策的同时,做出使供应链系统最优的策略,是每个企业寻求发展的必经之路。中小民营企业作为中国经济发展的重要力量,面临更大的挑战。 民营种业企业面对大型种业企业的竞争压力,缺乏对价格的控制权和独立性,决定了其供应链基本假设与其他供应链有着很大的不同。因此,对民营种业供应链契约的定价策略研究就具有现实意义。 现有的供应链协调机制研究成果主要集中在两级供应链的节点企业之间讨价还价、库存、定价折扣、契约设计等方面。本文基于国内外对供应链契约的研究,在总结近年来有关供应链的研究成果的基础上,从民营种业供应链这一全新视角,结合民营企业跨国经营信息系统的研究这一课题,利用博弈论和报童模型探讨种业供应链定价策略,并进一步讨论供应链节点企业之间动态博弈的问题。主要内容包括: 1)总结两级供应链的定价策略的基本研究方法,提出针对三级供应链的定价策略模型,在分析了完全信息下单周期产品的两级供应链在价格因素主导和非价格因素主导后,加入不完全信息的三级供应链动态模型分析。对以往的简化模型做了进一步深化。 2)考虑了种子公司投入研发费用、分销商和零售商为了扩大市场需求,分别投入广告和促销努力,对种业供应链定价策略的影响。 3)根据实地调研,结合项目企业,利用Matlab数学工具进行数据仿真,验证了研究成果。
[Abstract]:In the stage of globalization, the competition between enterprises and enterprises evolves into the competition between supply chain and supply chain.How to better integrate the external supply chain resources, use the appropriate incentive mechanism, guide the rational members to make decisions from the maximization of their own interests, and make the optimal strategy for the supply chain system at the same time.It is the only way for every enterprise to seek development.As an important force in China's economic development, small and medium-sized private enterprises are facing even greater challenges.Facing the competition pressure of large seed enterprises, private seed enterprises lack the control and independence of price, which determines that the basic hypothesis of supply chain is very different from other supply chains.Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the pricing strategy of private seed industry supply chain contract.The existing research results of supply chain coordination mechanism mainly focus on bargaining, inventory, pricing discount, contract design and so on.Based on the research of supply chain contract at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the research results of supply chain in recent years, from the perspective of private seed industry supply chain, combined with the research of private enterprise transnational management information system.By using game theory and newsboy model, the pricing strategy of seed industry supply chain is discussed, and the problem of dynamic game among supply chain node enterprises is further discussed.The main elements include:1) summarize the basic research methods of pricing strategy of two-level supply chain, and propose a pricing strategy model for three-level supply chain. After analyzing the price factor and non-price factor of the two-level supply chain with complete information issuing order cycle product, the price factor is dominant and the non-price factor is the dominant factor.Dynamic model analysis of three-level supply chain with incomplete information.The previous simplified model is further deepened.2) considering the investment of seed companies in R & D, distributors and retailers, in order to expand the market demand, put into advertising and promotion efforts, respectively, on seed industry supply chain pricing strategy.3) according to the field investigation and the project enterprise, the data simulation is carried out by using the Matlab mathematical tool, and the research results are verified.
