彩信业务支撑系统的设计与实现

【摘要】: MMS(多媒体信息服务)是Multimedia Messaging Service的缩写,它最大的特色就是支持多媒体功能,能够传递功能全面的内容和信息,这些信息包括文字、图像、声音、数据等各种多媒体格式的信息。中国移动将自己所推广的多媒体信息服务形象的称之为彩信服务。 彩信市场经过三年多的发展已经步入了快速发展的时期。2004年MMS市场的快速发展,为SP带来更多的利润,彩信业务本身所具有的技术优势让行业人士看到MMS广阔的应用前景。2006年更是中国移动大力推广彩信业务的一年,被称“彩信年”。 北京易讯无限信息技术有限公司是拥有中国移动全网sp合作资质的增值业务服务提供商,在2006年初,彩信全网业务的收入已经达到每月260万,,定购用户达到20余万,拥有在线业务120余个。公司老的业务系统及网关系统已经不能胜任支撑如此大规模的彩信管理和发送任务。因此,迫切需要设计和开发一套能够支持全网多点接入、分省独立运营、适应各省移动不同业务规范需求的灵活的业务支撑系统和网关系统,解决公司业务发展的技术瓶颈。同时为了方便公司编辑人员的使用,尽量简化编辑工作,节省劳动成本,这套业务支撑系统必须实现方便的彩信内容上传,各网关业务共享,灵活的权限管理和详细的日志记录功能。 为解决公司业务发展过程中遇到的这一系列问题,设计和实现这样一个既符合SP行业运营规律又适合易讯无限公司业务运营实际情况,灵活、健壮的业务支撑系统。项目组从研究彩信技术规范和中国移动集团公司彩信服务技术实现方案入手,深入研究了WAP论坛的彩信构成和打包规范、中国移动彩信技术方案以及中国移动提供给SP的彩信发送接口。通过总结公司三年来的业务运营经验,归纳了SP行业彩信业务的典型业务流程。分析了公司业务系统当前存在的不足,在广泛听取业务和产品人员要求的基础上进行需求挖掘和分析。在需求分析得到全面确认的前提下,结合公司整体技术路线和环境进行了系统架构和功能设计。提出了彩信产品与业务的分离和内部路由分发概念,解决了彩信产品的共享问题。完成了彩信LOGO、祝福语及广告语的业务自适应。并通过实现MM Notification规范实现了彩信的自主下发。 系统实现采用b/S结构。当前,搭b/S结构的多层应用程序,java技术仍然是主流,除了许多大公司投资于java外,开源也是一股无法忽略的力量。从J2EE的框架,到web框架,到持久层框架,开源软件都已经发展得日趋成熟并被业界广泛认可。出于可扩展性、灵活性以及成本的考虑,彩信业务支撑系统的实现采用Servlet+Spring+Hibernate开源技术方案。
[Abstract]:MMSs (Multimedia Information Service) is the abbreviation of Multimedia Messaging Service. Its most important feature is that it supports multimedia functions, and it can transmit comprehensive content and information. These information include text, image, sound, data and so on.China Mobile will promote their own multimedia information service image called MMS service.The MMS market has entered a period of rapid development after more than three years of development. The rapid development of the MMS market in 2004 brought more profits to SP.MMS business itself has the technical advantages of the industry to see the broad application of MMS prospects. 2006 is China Mobile vigorously promote MMS business year, known as the "MMS year."Beijing Yixun Infinite Information Technology Co., Ltd. is a value-added service provider with China Mobile's whole network sp cooperation qualification. At the beginning of 2006, the MMS business revenue has reached 2.6 million per month, and the order number of subscribers has reached more than 200,000.Has more than 120 online business.The company's old business system and gateway system are no longer competent to support such a large-scale MMS management and sending tasks.Therefore, there is an urgent need to design and develop a flexible business support system and gateway system that can support multi-point access of the whole network, operate independently from each province, and adapt to the requirements of different business specifications of each province, so as to solve the technical bottleneck of the company's business development.At the same time, in order to facilitate the use of editors in the company, simplify editing work as much as possible, and save labor costs, the business support system must realize convenient content uploading of MMS messages, and all gateways share business with each other.Flexible privilege management and detailed logging capabilities.In order to solve this series of problems in the process of business development, we design and implement such a flexible and robust business support system, which not only conforms to the operation rules of SP industry, but also suits the actual business operation situation of EPS infinitesimal Company.The project team studied the MMS technology specification and the MMS service technology implementation scheme of China Mobile Group Company, and deeply studied the MMS composition and packaging specification of the WAP Forum.China Mobile MMS technology scheme and China Mobile MMS sending interface for SP.By summing up the company's business operation experience in the past three years, the typical business process of MMS business in SP industry is summarized.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the company's business system, and analyzes the requirements based on the extensive listening to the requirements of the business and product personnel.Based on the requirement analysis, the system structure and function are designed in combination with the company's overall technical route and environment.The concept of separation of MMS products from services and internal routing distribution is proposed to solve the problem of MMS product sharing.Completed the MMS LOGOG, blessing and advertising business adaptation.And through the implementation of MM Notification specification to achieve the MMS sent independently.The implementation of the system adopts the structure of b / S.Currently, multitiered applications built on the bpS architecture are still the mainstream, and apart from investing in java by many large companies, open source is a force that cannot be ignored.From the framework of J2EE to the framework of web to the framework of persistence layer, open source software has become more and more mature and widely accepted by the industry.Due to the consideration of expansibility, flexibility and cost, the MMS business support system is implemented with Servlet Spring Hibernate open source technology.
