LED全彩屏控制系统中高速数据传输和数据接收部分的设计

【摘要】: 随着科学技术的发展,如今半导体发光二极管的性能达到了更高的水平。半导体发光器件耗电量小且发光效率高,尤其蓝色超高亮LED的出现,使得LED器件的光谱覆盖了全部自然光的范围,其应用也扩展到了制作全彩色大型平板显示系统,并受到广泛关注。用LED器件组成电子显示屏,不但色彩绚丽而且其制作尺寸几乎不受限制,可以达到几十甚至几百平方米以上,可应用于室内外各种公共场合显示文字、图形、图像、动画、视频图像等信息,具有较强的广告渲染力和震撼力,美化和丰富了人们的生活环境。 传统LED显示系统的控制以单片机为核心,功能较为简单,当需要进行数据处理时,单片机的处理能力就更显不足,不能满足LED显示屏发展的需要。本文将介绍一种基于CPLD控制平台的LED全彩色显示屏控制系统。论文首先介绍了LED显示技术和系统设计,然后详细介绍了系统的高速数据传输部分和数据接收部分的实现过程。根据数据传输的速率要求和LED屏箱体间的连接特点,本文设计了两种传输方案。第一种,使用HDMP-1022和HDMP-1024专用传输芯片的设计方案;另外一种为采用LVDS技术配合驱动和均衡器来实现传输要求的解决方案。此外,论文还对分控板的系统结构作了详细的介绍,并着重描述了采用CPLD-EPM570完成主控任务的设计过程。经过对整个系统进行软件仿真和硬件实验的结果表明,该设计合理、功能完备,能够完成600Mbps的传输速率,并在分控板的控制下将图像信息在LED灯板上完整地显示,达到了设计的要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the performance of semiconductor light-emitting diodes has reached a higher level.Semiconductor light-emitting devices have low power consumption and high luminous efficiency, especially the appearance of blue ultra-bright LED, which makes the spectrum of LED devices cover the whole range of natural light, and its application also extends to making full-color flat panel display system.And received extensive attention.The electronic display screen composed of LED devices is not only colorful, but also almost unlimited in size, and can be used to display text, graphics, images, animation in and out of the room in various public places, even more than a few hundred square meters.Video images and other information, with strong advertising rendering power and shock, beautify and enrich people's living environment.The control of traditional LED display system is based on single chip microcomputer, and its function is relatively simple. When data processing is needed, the processing ability of single chip microcomputer is even less than that of single chip computer, which can not meet the needs of the development of LED display screen.This paper introduces a LED full color display control system based on CPLD control platform.This paper first introduces the LED display technology and system design, and then introduces the implementation of the high-speed data transmission and data receiving part in detail.According to the speed requirement of data transmission and the connection characteristics of LED display box, two transmission schemes are designed in this paper.The first is the design of the special transmission chip using HDMP-1022 and HDMP-1024, and the other is the solution to realize the transmission requirement by using the LVDS technology to cooperate with the driver and equalizer.In addition, the system structure of the sub-control board is introduced in detail, and the design process of using CPLD-EPM570 to accomplish the main control task is described emphatically.The software simulation and hardware experiment of the whole system show that the design is reasonable, the function is complete, the transmission rate of 600Mbps can be completed, and the image information is displayed on the LED lamp board under the control of the sub-control board.Meet the design requirements.
