农产品质量追溯系统中定向促销广告子系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:由于近年来食品安全问题时常发生,实施食品质量追溯已成为国际贸易发展的趋势之一。农产品质量追溯系统即能为人民群众提供优质安全的农产品,又能提高企业优质农产品在市场上的竞争力。 农产品信息广告推荐是农产品质量溯源的重要一环,因为它有助于提高人民群众获得优质农产品信息的能力。本文的主要内容便是关于农产品质量溯源系统中定向促销广告子系统的设计和实现,定向促销广告子系统的核心模块是广告交叉推荐模块,广告交叉推荐模块采用BI-Polarslopeone算法和基于项目属性相似性推荐算法实现广告的个性化交叉推荐功能,,把最佳的并且消费者最可能感兴趣的优质农产品广告推荐给消费者,从而让使用本系统的消费者更容易获取自己需要的产品信息。归纳起来,本文的主要研究内容如下: (1)简要论述农产品质量溯源系统中定向促销广告子系统的应用背景、意义及国内外相关研究现状。 (2)综述协同过滤推荐技术、slopeone算法和基于项目属性相似性推荐算法的基本原理,并对它们的特点进行分析,从而解释了定向促销广告子系统中广告交叉推荐模块选取这两种算法进行组合实现的原因。 (3)运用面向对象分析、设计思想,设计并实现了定向促销广告子系统。具体来说,在系统需求分析中,借助系统功能结构图、UML用例图和用例规约表对系统的功能需求进行分析;在系统设计中,运用系统架构图、UML包图和网络部署图对系统的总体架构设计进行阐述,运用UML时序图、UML类图对子系统的详细设计进行阐述,运用流程图和UML类图对交叉推荐模块中核心算法实现流程的设计进行阐述,其中交叉推荐模块的算法实现程序在本文附录中给出;在子系统实现中,除了阐述系统的开发与运行环境外,还运用模拟用户数据集对系统交叉推荐模块的运行情况进行阐述,并对运行效果进行评价。
[Abstract]:Due to the frequent occurrence of food safety problems in recent years, the implementation of food quality traceability has become one of the trends in the development of international trade.The quality traceability system of agricultural products can not only provide the people with high quality and safety agricultural products, but also improve the competitiveness of enterprises' high quality agricultural products in the market.The recommendation of agricultural product information advertisement is an important link in tracing the quality of agricultural products, because it is helpful to improve the people's ability to obtain high quality agricultural product information.The main content of this paper is about the design and implementation of targeted promotion advertising subsystem in the traceability system of agricultural products quality. The core module of targeted promotion advertising subsystem is advertising cross-recommendation module.The advertising cross recommendation module uses BI-Polarslopeone algorithm and item attribute similarity recommendation algorithm to realize the personalized cross recommendation function of advertising, and recommends the best and most likely consumers interested in high quality agricultural products advertising to consumers.Thus, it is easier for consumers using this system to obtain the product information they need.In summary, the main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper briefly discusses the application background, significance and research status of orientation promotion advertising subsystem in the traceability system of agricultural products quality.This paper summarizes the basic principles of collaborative filtering recommendation technology, slopeone algorithm and item attribute similarity recommendation algorithm, and analyzes their characteristics.The reason why the two algorithms are combined is explained.Using object-oriented analysis and design idea, we design and implement the advertising subsystem of targeted promotion.Specifically, in the system requirement analysis, the UML use case diagram and the use case specification table are used to analyze the functional requirements of the system; in the system design, the function requirements of the system are analyzed with the help of the UML use case diagram and the use case specification table.The overall architecture design of the system is described by using the system architecture diagram and the network deployment diagram, and the detailed design of the subsystem is described by using the UML sequence diagram and the UML class diagram.The flow chart and UML class diagram are used to explain the design of the core algorithm realization flow in the cross recommendation module, in which the algorithm realization program of the cross recommendation module is given in the appendix of this paper, and in the implementation of the subsystem, the algorithm realization procedure of the cross recommendation module is given in this paper.Besides the development and running environment of the system, the running situation of the cross recommendation module of the system is described by using the simulated user data set, and the operation effect is evaluated.
