【摘要】:随着市场经济的深入发展,视频广告对于企业越发重要,并逐渐成为企业日常工作的一部分。广告公司和企业为了确保所做的视频广告取得应有的效益,必须派人来监测电视台对于合同的执行情况。同时文化管理部门会依据政府的行政命令要求电视台播出一些公益公告、政府通告、通知等。为了确保这些强制插播的视频在规定的时间内完全播放,文化监管部门也必须指定专人进行监测。目前视频广告的检索都是通过人工进行的,浪费了大量的人力物力资源。 本文探讨了数字视频的特点、镜头的转换方式等,着重研究了基于内容的视频检索的关键技术。在镜头检测技术方面,,本文研究了各种镜头检测算法,比较各种方法的适用范围,重点采用使用双阈值的镜头边界检测方法实现该系统,在帧匹配方面,本文研究了现有的各种基于颜色特征的帧匹配技术,比较其各自的性能,并将基于有意义区域的颜色检索算法应用于广告检索系统中。 本文研究了适用于广告视频检索的帧匹配与镜头匹配相结合的视频段匹配算法,提出了一种改进的方法,以提高广告检索性能。设计并实现了基于内容的广告视频的检索系统。重点阐述了系统的架构及各个模块的具体实现,包括:程序主模块、I帧提取模块、镜头分割模块和帧匹配模块。经测试该系统可以很好地完成广告视频的检索。
[Abstract]:With the further development of market economy, video advertising is becoming more and more important for enterprises, and gradually become a part of the daily work of enterprises. Advertising agencies and companies must send people to monitor the implementation of contracts by television stations in order to ensure that video advertising is paid for. At the same time, according to the administrative order of the government, the cultural administration will require the television station to broadcast some public service announcements, government circulars, notices, etc. In order to ensure that these mandatory episodes are fully broadcast within the specified time, cultural regulators must also appoint someone to monitor them. At present, the retrieval of video advertisement is carried out manually, wasting a lot of manpower and material resources. In this paper, the characteristics of digital video and the mode of shot conversion are discussed, and the key techniques of content-based video retrieval are emphatically studied. In the aspect of shot detection technology, this paper studies various shot detection algorithms, compares the scope of application of various methods, and focuses on the implementation of the system by using double threshold shot boundary detection method, in the aspect of frame matching, In this paper, we study various color feature based frame matching techniques, compare their performance, and apply the meaningful region-based color retrieval algorithm to the advertising retrieval system. In this paper, a video segment matching algorithm which combines frame matching and shot matching for advertising video retrieval is studied, and an improved method is proposed to improve the performance of advertising retrieval. A content-based advertising video retrieval system is designed and implemented. The architecture of the system and the implementation of each module are described in detail, including: the main module of the program, the frame extraction module, the shot segmentation module and the frame matching module. After testing, the system can complete the retrieval of advertising video well.
