天影广告公司企业文化建设方案设计

【摘要】:21世纪,人类进入了一个崭新的时代,这是一个文化的时代。任何一个追求成功的企业,都必须充分认识到企业文化的必要性和难以估量的巨大作用,在市场竞争中依靠文化力来带动生产力,,从而提高竞争力。当企业发展到一定规模,如果没有先进的管理哲学和经营理念来统帅企业的千军万马,就不会将个人的目标与企业的目标相一致,实现更大化的经营合力。国内企业界在深切认识到企业文化的巨大作用的同时,也迫切希望有更多的符合具体国情的企业文化建设的成功案例作为参考和借鉴。 本文首先明确了所要采用的企业文化的定义及其构成,并以企业文化理论为基础和结构框架,在对天影广告公司企业文化建设的条件和状况进行了深入分析后,设计了天影公司企业文化建设方案及其实施计划,从而提供了一个企业文化建设的实际案例。 本文的重点在于对天影广告公司所特有的企业文化建设方案的设计基础进行了深入分析,并以所定义的企业文化的组成结构,来设计其企业文化的建设方案。最后,对天影公司企业文化建设方案的实施所应注意的问题,采用的具体方法和企业文化建设方案实施计划做了介绍。 天影广告公司的企业文化建设是根据行业特点以及自身实际条件和现实状况来设计的,对于相似条件下国内企业的企业文化建设具有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, mankind has entered a new era, which is a cultural era. Any enterprise pursuing success must fully realize the necessity of enterprise culture and its incalculable huge role, and rely on cultural power to promote productivity in the market competition, thus improving the competitiveness. When the enterprise develops to a certain scale, if there is no advanced management philosophy and management concept to command the enterprise, the individual goal will not be consistent with the enterprise goal, and realize a greater management force. While recognizing the great role of corporate culture, the domestic business community urgently hopes to have more successful cases of corporate culture construction in accordance with the specific national conditions as a reference and reference. This paper firstly defines the definition and composition of corporate culture, and based on the theory of corporate culture and structural framework, analyzes the conditions and conditions of corporate culture construction in Tianying Advertising Company. The enterprise culture construction plan and its implementation plan of Tianying Company are designed, and a practical case of enterprise culture construction is provided. The emphasis of this paper is to analyze the design basis of the unique corporate culture construction scheme of Tianying Advertising Company, and to design the corporate culture construction scheme with the defined composition structure of corporate culture. Finally, the paper introduces the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the enterprise culture construction program of Tianying Company, the concrete methods adopted and the implementation plan of the enterprise culture construction plan. The enterprise culture construction of Tianying Advertising Company is designed according to the characteristics of the industry and its own actual conditions and realistic conditions, which has a certain reference and reference function for the enterprise culture construction of domestic enterprises under the similar conditions.
