智慧社区的数字内容分发系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着物联网、云计算以及三网融合等战略新兴产业和应用技术的快速发展,建设智慧城市、引领智能生活已成为提高居民生活品质的理念和趋势。智慧社区作为智慧城市的有机组成单元,已经成为社会发展和居民生活的关注热点。智慧社区建设是一项庞大的工程,主要包括智慧社区网络设施建设和硬件设施建设等基础设施建设、智慧社区的服务体系建设以及管理体系建设等部分,涉及应用对象较多,建设内容宽泛。 本文所论述的内容是智慧社区服务体系的一部分,以统筹各类服务资源为出发点,以满足社区居民、社区管理者等用户的需求为落脚点,采用信息化技术手段,结合对社区居民、居委会、街道以及社会管理办公室等部门的需求进行深入的分析,提出并研究实现社区的数字内容分发系统。在促进社区创新服务管理工作的规范化、科学化的同时,提高社会管理的效率和公共服务的水平及绩效,,满足社区居民不断日益增长地对社会管理及服务的需求。 数字内容分发系统旨在构建一个基于网络平台,能够有效保证内容安全的数字内容分发平台,可用于社区的信息发布、视频会议、远程培训、形象宣传等,并通过多种终端(含手机、PC、智能触屏、TV、广告发布机等),在社区服务站和家庭之间数字内容信息的发布、传递。本系统为社区主体提供了一个综合性数字化载体,通过政府信息、社区管理信息、便民服务信息、社区活动等信息传递,为社区居民提供更贴心零距离的服务。 系统兼具了先进的网络传输技术和卓越的视频解码能力,将汇聚在中心服务器端的各类的信息(如:视频、图片、文本、数据等)通过网络(局域网或广域网)按客户定义的终端分组、播放规则,迅速、准确地推向媒体发布终端,各终端根据客户预先设定好的窗口布局、播放时间等,将各类信息美观地展示出来,并按照需求上报终端自身播放日志。可以使用户通过网络对所有终端进行集中管理,实现远程控制部署。 作为专业的数字信息传播载体,本系统在设计中充分考虑到操作、管理、维护以及信息安全的需求,是一个网络化、智能化、专业化的系统。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of new industries and application technology such as Internet of things cloud computing and convergence of three networks building intelligent cities and leading intelligent life has become the concept and trend to improve the quality of life of residents. As an organic unit of intelligent city, intelligent community has become the focus of attention in social development and residents' life. The construction of intelligent community is a huge project, including the construction of network facilities and hardware facilities of intelligent community, the construction of service system and management system of intelligent community and so on. The content of the construction is broad. The content discussed in this paper is a part of the intelligent community service system, with the overall planning of various service resources as the starting point, to meet the needs of community residents, community managers and other users as the foothold, the adoption of information technology means, Combining with the needs of community residents, neighborhood committees, streets and social management offices, the paper puts forward and studies the realization of the digital content distribution system in the community. While promoting the standardization and scientization of community innovative service management, the efficiency of social management and the level and performance of public service should be improved to meet the increasing demand of community residents for social management and service. The purpose of the digital content distribution system is to build a digital content distribution platform based on the network, which can effectively guarantee the security of the content. It can be used in community information distribution, video conference, remote training, image promotion and so on. And through a variety of terminals (including mobile phone PC, smart touch screen TV, advertising machine, etc.), between the community service station and the home digital content information release, transmission. This system provides a comprehensive digital carrier for the community main body, through the government information, the community management information, the convenience service information, the community activity and so on information transmission, provides the community resident more intimate distance service. With advanced network transmission technology and excellent video decoding capability, the system will gather all kinds of information (such as video, picture, text, etc.) on the central server side. Through the network (local area network or wide area network) according to the customer defined terminal, play rules, quickly and accurately push to the media distribution terminal, each terminal according to the customer pre-set window layout, play time, etc. Display all kinds of information aesthetically, and report to the terminal to play the log according to the demand. Users can be centralized management of all terminals through the network to achieve remote control deployment. As a professional carrier of digital information dissemination, this system fully considers the requirements of operation, management, maintenance and information security in the design. It is a networked, intelligent and specialized system.
