【摘要】:随着信息社会的发展,办公业也发生了巨大的变化,手工操作型的办公业务已经越来越不适应社会的发展。因此办公业也必须适应信息社会的发展,充分采用网络技术,实现广告公司各部门之间的信息交流和沟通,以及业务数据的共享和统计分析。充分利用计算机网络优势,提高企业办公效率,辅助领导决策,力争使企业整体经营管理水平上一个台阶。 本系统是在分析用户需求的基础上,针对**广告公司提出的具体要求,结合媒体行业特点进行的设计开发项目,旨在通过该项目的实施,提高企业对外公众形象、增加服务内容、提高办公质量,加大业务的数字化程度,节省人力物力,提高工作效率。系统基于内部办公网络的Intranet,利用web服务器和浏览器技术来实现整个网络上的信息交互、综合和共享,实现统一的人机界面和跨平台的数据库访问。因此可以真正做到局域和远程信息的实时监控、数据资源的综合共享,为用户提供办公自内由外、从底层到高端的所有展示和应用。 本系统主要包括个人办公、公文管理、公共信息、信息发布、人事档案管理,行政办公管理和系统管理七大模块。其中个人办公模块主要功能是完成日常办公中员工个人经常使用的功能。公文管理模块主要功能是完成公文发布、公文审批、公文归档功能。公共信息管理模块主要功能是新闻通知发布,规章制度的出台及参考期刊发布。人事档案管理模块的功能有登记考勤、审核转正、审核离职申请、管理员工信息等。消息管理模块是实现员工间信息联络的功能如时事通讯和邮件服务等。系统管理模块的功能有员工帐号密码管理,系统模块增加和删除,权限管理等。
[Abstract]:With the development of information society, the office industry has also undergone tremendous changes, manual office business has become more and more inadaptable to the development of society. Therefore, the office industry must adapt to the development of the information society, fully adopt the network technology, realize the information exchange and communication among the various departments of the advertising company, as well as the sharing of the business data and the statistical analysis. Make full use of the advantage of computer network, improve the efficiency of the office of the enterprise, assist the leader to make decision, and strive to make the whole management level of the enterprise to a high level. This system is based on the analysis of the needs of users, according to the specific requirements put forward by advertising companies, combined with the characteristics of the media industry, the design and development project is designed to improve the public image of enterprises through the implementation of the project. Increase service content, improve office quality, increase digitization of business, save manpower and material resources, improve work efficiency. Based on the Intranet of internal office network, the system uses web server and browser technology to realize the information exchange, synthesis and sharing on the whole network, and realizes the unified man-machine interface and cross-platform database access. Therefore, it can truly achieve the real-time monitoring of local and remote information, the comprehensive sharing of data resources, and provide users with all the display and application from the inside and outside, from the bottom to the top. The system mainly includes seven modules: personal office, document management, public information, information release, personnel file management, administrative office management and system management. One of the main functions of the personal office module is to complete the daily office employees often use the function. The main function of document management module is to complete the issuance of official documents, document approval, document archiving function. The main function of the public information management module is news announcement, rules and regulations and reference periodical publication. The function of personnel file management module is to register attendance, check and turn over, check exit application, manage employee information, etc. Message management module is a function of communication between employees, such as newsletters and mail services. The functions of system management module include employee account password management, system module add and delete, privilege management and so on.
