【摘要】: 大屏幕显示在商务会议、教学讲座、广告宣传、工业监控等方面都有广泛的应用。LED拼接显示屏作为实现大屏幕显示的一种方法也得到了广泛的使用。近年来,随着国内外在LED材料和控制技术方面不断踊跃出新的成果,LED显示屏产业已发展成为新兴的高科技产业。但是,在我国对LED显示屏的质量检测在很大程度上仍然依靠人工来完成,使检测速度和检测质量受个人主观程度影响很大。 失控点数目、色度均匀性是评价LED显示屏显示质量的两个重要指标。因此,本文的研究内容主要围绕着解决这两个问题进行展开。把机器视觉技术融入到对全彩色LED显示屏的检测过程中,研发一种价格相对低廉的LED显示屏智能化测试系统。 文章首先对LED显示屏的发展概况进行了介绍,重点分析了LED显示屏在生产、检测和使用过程中存在的问题。然后对机器视觉系统的开发环境LabWindows/CVI进行简单介绍,,并针对实际问题提出真彩色显示模块测试系统的硬件系统设计流程。再从色度学角度对显示屏颜色均匀性进行了分析,并提出从三基色色品坐标和白平衡两个方面对LED显示屏的颜色均匀性调整的方案。最后,运用图像分割、图像定位与标记、图像配准等技术对显示屏检测软件流程进行设计,给出了具体的设计流程并对实验结果进行分析。实验表明通过该系统可以实现对显示屏指标的快速检测,并可以根据要求,在一定范围内对显示屏的色彩保真度进行调整。
[Abstract]:Large screen display has been widely used in business conferences, teaching lectures, advertising, industrial monitoring and other aspects of the application of .LED splicing display screen as a way to achieve a large screen display has been widely used. In recent years, LED display screen industry has developed into a new high-tech industry with new achievements in materials and control technology at home and abroad. However, in our country, the quality testing of LED display screen still depends on manual to a large extent, so the speed and quality of detection are greatly affected by the subjective degree of individuals. The number of points out of control and chromaticity uniformity are two important indexes to evaluate the display quality of LED display screen. Therefore, this paper mainly focuses on solving these two problems. This paper introduces machine vision technology into the detection process of full-color LED display, and develops an intelligent testing system for LED display screen with relatively low price. In this paper, the development of LED display screen is introduced, and the problems existing in the production, detection and use of LED display screen are analyzed. Then the development environment of machine vision system, LabWindows/CVI, is briefly introduced, and the hardware system design flow of the real color display module test system is put forward in view of the practical problems. The color uniformity of the display screen is analyzed from the perspective of chromaticity, and the scheme of adjusting the color uniformity of the LED display screen from the coordinate of three primary colors and the white balance is put forward. Finally, image segmentation, image location and marking, image registration and other technologies are used to design the software flow of screen detection. The specific design flow is given and the experimental results are analyzed. The experimental results show that the system can quickly detect the display screen index and adjust the color fidelity of the display screen in a certain range according to the requirements.
