仿人广告机器人控制系统设计

【摘要】:本文研究的仿人广告机器人主要用于大型家电生产商在商场中做广告,也可用于科技馆、博物馆和展览会等场合,以增强参观者对所展物品的兴趣和吸引参观者的注意力,起到宣传展品的作用。可以说仿人广告机器人是一种较新颖的广告宣传设备,具有很大的商业应用价值,如海尔和一些科技馆对此表示了很浓厚的兴趣。 仿人广告机器人仿照真人设计,要实现很多人的功能,如感知外界的环境、执行全身各部位动作、说话、理解人类的语言、实现喜怒哀乐等表情、根据外界信息做出相应的反应的思维能力。此外,为了使仿人广告机器人的表现方式多样化,又增加了播放视频、字幕显示等功能。总的来说广告机器人要实现的功能为:广告机器人实时采集各种传感器和各种开关、按钮等的信号,来判断机器人所处的外界环境情况和自身状态,根据外部环境变化和自己当前的状态做出相对应的反应,包括全身各部位的动作(转头、点头、鼓掌、转身和舞蹈等),面部表情变化、播放视频、播放语音和字幕显示。 研发中采用一台上位机多片下位机组成的集散型控制系统来实现仿人广告机器人控制系统。上位机作为机器人的“大脑”、负责总体调度各种动作、面部表情、语音、视频等与人交流;下位机负责每个执行机构的具体控制和传感器、开关信号的采集。上位机硬件是研祥EC4-1812CLDNA工控机,软件的开发平台是windows操作系统和VC++,下位机硬件是STC89C52RC单片机和XFS4243CE模块,软件开发平台为Keil3。 仿人机器人控制系统运行的可靠性、实时性、稳定性都还不错,总体运行良好,已可实际使用。
[Abstract]:The humanoid advertising robot studied in this paper is mainly used for large household appliance manufacturers to advertise in shopping malls, and can also be used in science and technology museums, museums and exhibitions to enhance the interest of visitors to the objects displayed and to attract the attention of visitors. Play a role in publicizing the exhibits. It can be said that humanoid advertising robot is a relatively novel advertising equipment, with great commercial application value, such as Haier and some science and technology museum expressed great interest in this. A humanoid advertising robot mimics a real person design to achieve the functions of many people, such as perceiving the outside environment, performing actions in all parts of the body, talking, understanding the language of human beings, and realizing expressions of joy, anger, sadness, and so on. The ability to respond to external information. In addition, in order to diversify the performance of humanoid advertising robot, video and subtitle display are added. In general, the functions of the advertising robot are: the advertising robot collects signals from various sensors, switches, buttons and so on in real time to judge the external environment and state of the robot. According to the external environment changes and their current state of the corresponding response, including all parts of the body action (turn head, nod, applause, turn around and dance, etc.), facial expression changes, play video, play voice and subtitle display. In the research and development, a distributed control system composed of upper computer and lower computer is used to realize the control system of humanoid advertising robot. As the "brain" of the robot, the upper computer is responsible for the overall scheduling of all kinds of actions, facial expressions, voice, video and so on, while the lower computer is responsible for the specific control of each executive mechanism and the collection of sensors and switch signals. The hardware of upper computer is Yanxiang EC4-1812CLDNA industrial computer, the development platform of software is windows operating system and VC, the hardware of lower computer is STC89C52RC single chip microcomputer and XFS4243CE module, and the software development platform is Keil3. The operation reliability, real-time and stability of the humanoid robot control system are all good, the overall operation is good, and it can be used in practice.
