企业短信互动系统设计及实现关键技术研究

【摘要】:短信是全球电信业上世纪九十年代后期推出的一项新业务。短信收费低、不受场地限制、发送方不需要考虑对方手机的使用状态。在众多的通信产品中,短信成为了普通老百姓最常用的一种通讯方式。现针对短信的应用也非常的多,例如:短信广告、短信网上身份认证、短信提醒等。 本文基于短信的方便快捷,开发了企业短信互动系统。该系统用于企业内部对员工的学习、培训与交流,便于企业与员工进行信息沟通。本系统的主要功能模块是短信投票、短信答题、短信互动、短信公告,所有模块的短信收发都是通过短信收发引擎实现。 本文就短信互动模块如何实现系统自动答题进行了分析研究。首先对传统数据库索引方法与全文检索的特点进行了分析比较,结合企业实际需求,系统采用全文检索工具Dotlucene实现了对短信答题库的检索,通过对自然语言的研究、词法分析、语法分析选择了一种建立关键词库的方式,动态实现了员工与企业系统平台的知识问答。在短信答题模块中对题库结构进行了设计,并对现有系统采用的随机抽题方法进行了改进,采用人工设定初始值结合按题型、知识点分类的方法进行随机抽题,最后将抽好的套题以链表的形式存储。这种方法抽出来的题知识点分布均匀、节约系统资源,适应题库大、答题人员数量多的情况。 最后本文对这些开发工作与技术的研究进行了总结,并阐述了系统进一步扩充与完善的建议与方案。
[Abstract]:SMS is a new business in the global telecom industry in the late 1990 s. SMS charges are low, not subject to site restrictions, the sender does not need to consider the use of the other cell phone status. Among many communication products, SMS has become one of the most commonly used communication methods for ordinary people. The application of SMS is also very many, such as: SMS advertising, SMS online identity authentication, SMS reminders, and so on. Based on the convenience and shortcut of short message, this paper develops an interactive system of enterprise short message. The system is used to learn, train and communicate with employees. The main function modules of this system are short message voting, short message answering questions, short message interaction, short message announcement. This paper analyzes and studies how the short message interactive module realizes the automatic answer of the system. Firstly, the characteristics of traditional database indexing method and full-text retrieval are analyzed and compared. In combination with the actual needs of enterprises, the system adopts Dotlucene, a full-text retrieval tool, to retrieve the short message answer database. Through the study of natural language, the lexical analysis is carried out. Grammar analysis chooses a way to set up keyword database, and realizes the question and answer of employee and enterprise system platform dynamically. In the short message answer module, the structure of question bank is designed, and the method of random question extraction is improved. The method of manual setting initial value combined with classification of question type and knowledge point is used to select questions randomly. Finally, the selected set of questions will be stored in the form of a linked list. This method has the advantages of uniform distribution of knowledge points, saving system resources and adapting to the situation of large question bank and large number of answering personnel. Finally, this paper summarizes the research of these development work and technology, and expounds the suggestions and schemes for further expansion and improvement of the system.
