基于类别的植物在三维场景中的快速生成

【摘要】: 计算机建模的目的是通过构造一个简单的但能反映物理世界中真实对象的数学抽象描述模型来模拟被研究对象的生成、发展及变化的过程,从而为揭示现象、揭示机理、发现规律、预测未来、模拟外形提供有力的工具。植物是自然界最常见的景观之一,其种类繁多,长势千姿百态,结构特征性很强,具有复杂的三维结构。三维植物模型有着广泛的应用前景,可用于虚拟场景、虚拟试验和虚拟农场、以及娱乐业、广告、园林规划甚至军事仿真领域。本文是从园林规划对植物建模的要求出发,探讨一种适用于园林场景的三维植物模型快速建立方法。 本文重点研究园林场景中对三维行道树和草坪模拟的方法,主要目的是实现一种基于类别的快速而便捷的植物模拟手段。园林规划设计工作中有对设计效果实时观看的需要,但由于设计手段限制目前仅局限于对建筑物建模进行实时预览,对园林植物尚没有一种简便易行的建模办法。Maya软件的Paint Effects模块功能非常强大,笔刷库中有着丰富的植物笔刷可以轻松实现很多炫目的效果;笔刷还可以与粒子系统配合,对大面积的植物进行建模。本文针对这些特点,深入分析与比较了各种三维植物建模方法,在实验的基础上提出了一种可行的基于类别的园林植物快速建模办法。 本文主要研究内容有:首先是研究了目前植物模型的分类以及植物建模常用方法,对园林设计中植物模型的特点进行了分析。然后经过多次试验找到了CAD模型导入Maya场景的办法,为本研究方法的实现提供了可能性。接下来对根据设计图特点分类模拟植物的方法进行了具体研究。行道树的建模利用Paint effects植物笔刷和导入的道路曲线进行;草坪的建模研究则立足于对常用几种方法的分析比较上,重点研究粒子与Paint Effects笔刷结合起来实现草坪的办法。各种建模方法都用试验进行了验证,并分别给出了操作简便易行性方面的评价。最后,用MEL脚本开发了一个三维植物模拟系统,然后对用该法建立的三维植物模型的实际应用性进行了研究,证明本研究方法在园林设计领域有一定的适用性。
[Abstract]:The purpose of computer modeling is to construct a simple mathematical abstract description model which can reflect the real object in the physical world to simulate the process of generation, development and change of the object to be studied, so as to provide a powerful tool for revealing the phenomenon, revealing the mechanism, discovering the law, predicting the future and simulating the shape of the object. The three-dimensional plant model has a wide range of application prospects. It can be used in virtual scenes, virtual experiments and virtual farms, as well as entertainment, advertising, landscape planning and even military simulation. This paper is to model plants from landscape planning. Based on the requirements, a method for rapid establishment of 3D plant models suitable for garden scenes is discussed.
This paper focuses on the method of simulating 3D roadside trees and lawns in garden scenes. The main purpose of this method is to realize a fast and convenient plant simulation method based on category. The Paint Effects module of Maya software is very powerful. There are abundant plant brushes in the brush library that can easily achieve many dazzling effects. Brushes can also cooperate with particle systems to model large areas of plants. Various three-dimensional plant modeling methods are analyzed and compared, and a feasible fast modeling method based on category is proposed.
The main contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly, the classification of plant models and the common methods of plant modeling are studied, and the characteristics of plant models in landscape design are analyzed. Then, the method of introducing CAD model into Maya scene is found through many experiments, which provides the possibility for the realization of this research method. The modeling of the roadside tree is based on Paint effects plant brush and the road curve. The modeling of the lawn is based on the analysis and comparison of several commonly used methods. The method of combining particle and Paint Effects brush to realize the lawn modeling is emphasized. Finally, a three-dimensional plant simulation system was developed with MEL script, and then the practical application of the three-dimensional plant model was studied, which proved that the method has certain applicability in the field of landscape design.
