工程车专用控制器的系统软件设计

【摘要】:高空作业工程车广泛用于电力、路灯、市政、园林、通信、机场、造船、交通、广告、摄影等高空作业领域。其车辆控制器是工程车辆最核心部件之一,目前国内其产品几乎被国外公司所垄断。国外公司对国内企业实行技术封锁,只出口上世纪设计的淘汰产品,不转让其技术。这严重阻碍了国内控制器技术高空作业车技术的发展。 研制拥有自主知识产权的高空作业车控制器,可以填补国内其高端控制器产品及技术的空白,摆脱国内对国外该项技术的过分依赖,打破其技术封锁和垄断。同时可以促进国内技术进步和国内高空作业车企业的发展,使国内企业在控制器、高空作车等市场竞争中占得有利地位,该研究具有非常深远的意义。 本文以某工程车辆厂的高空作业车为研究对象,设计一种高空作业车智能控制系统。系统采用LPC2378为主控制芯片,实现对车辆机构动作控制,并通过调试软件监控车体工作状态及完成控制器内部各种重要参数的设定和调整。本控制器实现了对整车作业状况的控制,实际现场随车测试表明:该控制器稳定性好,作业控制范围大,安全可靠高。本文主要研究内容和取得成果如下: 本文主要研究内容和取得成果如下: (1)主要介绍了高空作业车控制器的国内外发展与现状,课题的研究背景和意义。 (2)对SK16A的整体机械结构及主要安全装置进行了详细介绍。 (3)完成了高空作业车专用控制器的总体设计,包括硬件电路系统、主控制器及上位机管理软件等设计。 (4)完成了μC/OS-Ⅱ在控制器上的移植、控制器BSP开发、底层驱动软件的设计及应用层程序设计等。 (5)完成了上位机管理软件的设计及各模块功能的实现。 (6)完成了控制器的高低温湿热试验和在SK16A车上进行现场控制试验。
[Abstract]:Aerial engineering vehicles are widely used in power, street lights, municipal, garden, communications, airport, shipbuilding, transportation, advertising, photography and other aerial fields. The vehicle controller is one of the core components of engineering vehicles, and its products are almost monopolized by foreign companies. Foreign companies impose a technology blockade on domestic enterprises, exporting only the obsolete products designed in the last century, and not transferring their technology. This has seriously hindered the development of domestic controller technology aerial vehicle technology. The development of aerial vehicle controller with independent intellectual property rights can fill in the gap of domestic high-end controller products and technology, get rid of the excessive dependence on this technology at home and abroad, and break the technology blockade and monopoly. At the same time, it can promote the progress of domestic technology and the development of domestic aerial vehicle enterprises, and make domestic enterprises occupy a favorable position in the market competition such as controller, high-altitude car making, etc. This research has a very far-reaching significance. In this paper, a kind of intelligent control system for aerial working vehicle is designed. The system adopts LPC2378 as the main control chip to realize the motion control of the vehicle mechanism, and monitors the working state of the car body by debugging software and accomplishes the setting and adjustment of the important parameters inside the controller. The controller realizes the control of the working condition of the whole vehicle. The actual field test shows that the controller has good stability, wide operation control range and high safety and reliability. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) the development and current situation of aerial vehicle controller at home and abroad are introduced. The research background and significance of the subject. (2) the overall mechanical structure and main safety devices of SK16A are introduced in detail.
