图形在房地产平面广告中的应用研究

【摘要】:图形的产生和发展由来已久,而且在各个领域中被广泛应用。因为图形的创意设计识别特性和传播特点,图形在中国房地产平面广告中也被广泛应用,它起着有效地传递房地产商品特质、传播地产项目文化和信息的作用。房地产平面广告就是在其自身的发展和应用中,在一个更高的阶段对图形进行了充分的应用、创造与发挥,形成了目前符合中国房地产市场的文化和内涵的而且传播性极强的房地产广告文化,也造就了一批有名的房地产广告公司和设计个人。 如今社会己步入信息时代,图形代表一种特殊的视觉语言以它特有的方式传递信息,并以直观、生动、快速以及跨越了语言障碍的传播特征,得到更加广泛的重视和应用在房地产平面广告设计中,它甚至超越语音语言和文字的传播能力,利用图形在视觉上的吸引力,引发消费者的心理反应,进而引导产生购买行为,实现市场推广和营销的专属目的。本文通过具体论述房地产平面广告中,图形要素的应用分类、遵循的原则、表现形式等几个方面,进而说明图形在房地产平面广告中的地位、作用以及重要性,目的是论述并总结出在房地产平面广告中如何更好地运用图形,设计出代表企业文化并具有强烈视觉冲击力的房地产平面广告,然广告在极短的时问内引起消费者的注意,进而准确传达商品信息,最终达到推广和销售效用。 文章通过分析图形在房地产平面广告中应用的主要种类以及在房地产平面广告中的表现特征,总结并探索出一种适合房地产平面广告的图形创意方法和发展趋势,论文在第一章中对平面广告中图形语言概念和应用进行综合概述;在第二章中就房地产平面广告中的图形语言地位和作用进行分析;在第三章中对房地产平面广告中图形的分类和应用特点进行概述和展开分析;在第四章中结合当前中国的房地产平面广告的实例,并按照产品形态对房地产平面广告进行分类和展开分析,其次就部分地区房地产平面广告进行分析和总结。第五章中就房地产平面广告中图形语言的应用和运用进行研究,按照房地产平面广告应用特点和趋势而分别进行图形语言运用的个人观点的具体论述及阐述。
[Abstract]:The generation and development of graphics has a long history, and has been widely used in various fields. Because of the characteristics of graphic creative design identification and dissemination, graphics is also widely used in Chinese real estate print advertising, it plays an effective role in transmitting the real estate commodity characteristics, real estate project culture and information. Real estate print advertising is in its own development and application, in a higher stage of the full application of graphics, create and play, It has formed the culture of real estate advertisement which accords with the culture and connotation of Chinese real estate market and has strong communication. It has also created a number of famous real estate advertising companies and design individuals. Now that the society has entered the information age, graphics represents a special visual language to convey information in its unique way, and it has the characteristics of intuitive, vivid, fast and across the language barrier. It has been paid more attention to and applied in the design of real estate flat advertising. It even surpasses the communication ability of speech language and words, and makes use of the visual attraction of graphics, which leads to the psychological reaction of consumers, and then leads to purchase behavior. To achieve the exclusive purpose of marketing and marketing. This paper discusses the application and classification of graphic elements, the principles followed, the form of expression, and so on, and then explains the position, function and importance of graphics in the real estate flat advertising. The purpose of this paper is to discuss and summarize how to make better use of graphics in the real estate flat advertisements, and to design the real estate flat advertisements, which represent the corporate culture and have strong visual impact, but the advertisements attract the attention of consumers in a very short time. And then accurate transmission of commodity information, ultimately to promote and sales utility. Based on the analysis of the main types of graphic applications in real estate flat advertisements and the characteristics of their performance, this paper summarizes and explores a graphic creative method and development trend suitable for real estate flat advertisements. In the first chapter, the concept and application of graphic language in print advertising are summarized, and the position and function of graphic language in real estate advertising are analyzed in the second chapter. In the third chapter, the classification and application characteristics of the graphics in the real estate print advertising are summarized and analyzed. And according to the product form of real estate flat advertising classification and analysis, followed by some areas of real estate flat advertising analysis and summary. The fifth chapter studies the application and application of graphic language in the real estate print advertising. According to the characteristics and trends of the application of the real estate print advertisement, the author discusses and expounds the personal viewpoint of the application of the graphic language respectively.
